Very nice and clean

Beautiful and clean service great but no tattoos and it felt a bit discriminative. The room was above any other hotels, I have been to, newly renovated or built, the room was fantastic.

Beautiful designed modern 5 star. Rooms are spacious quiet with decent closet space and very nice bathroom with separate shower/tub and toilet. Our room had a nice view of the hillside and bridge. Short walk to Nagasaki station. Excellent breakfast buffet. All staff were warm and helpful eager to answer our questions. Megumi in particular made us feel welcomed.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The buffet breakfast had a lot of options, the room was very comfortable, it’s directly across from the station and the spa bath was quiet and relaxing. I would definitely stay there again

Everything was great. The WiFi is tricky because you think you have to sign up for the Hilton’s program but they actually give you a paper with the code. It is in a good location, across from the train station, a mall and a Marriot. The onsen is good but I believe it is used by mixed genders at the same time, meaning everyone one uses one. Overall a good experience.

One of the best hotels in Kyushu, if not the best, excluding Ryokans of course. It’s right across from the station, modern and super quiet. Bedding is very comfortable and the rooms are large.

This hotel is at an amazing location for day trips to other places as it’s just located opposite the Nagasaki Station. The interior of the hotel was amazing with a spacious layout and comfortable vibes. Loved this place and highly recommend anyone coming to Nagasaki to book this!

Hilton is Hilton. 5 star hotel is 5 star hotel. No Lie, No BS. They deserve the high ranking. Everything I receive is top rate while the price is very affordable. Room size is very large, and the dining table inside the room is amazing. Room is bright, clean, and very comfortable. When I first opened the door, me and my mom is WOW. The second thing to do is to take photo inside the room. Marriot is across hilton nagasaki but I still prefer hilton. My aunt lives in Marriot while myself is staying in Hilton. I did visit her room. The room is very luxury, and I like the idea of the bathroom design. You can move the door panel around the bathroom, hard to explain here. The hotel is 2 minutes walking distance from nagasaki station and 1 minute from the taxi stand. Super market is 7 minutes walking. I have stayed in more than 12 hotels in Japan and this is the best or second best. The hotel management team and staff spend effort to run this property.

Top quality hotel, lovely rooms, great bed & bathroom. All the staff are friendly & helpful. Breakfast is good and dining room is open, relaxing and was never busy. I Always use the Hilton when visiting Nagasaki.

Hilton Nagasaki was the best sleep we had during our 8 days tour on Kyushu island. The exterior look modern, the rooms are extremely spacious and very modern and new looking. Amenities are all modern. Can easily cast your mobile devices to the room's TV. The bed is HUGE and comfortable. Easily the best bed we've had throughout our trip. As usual, Japanese service staff are wonderful and excellent, always polite and welcoming. 10/10 will stay again

Love the location....just across JR station. Near to shopping malls and a lot of eateries around that area. Nice harbour view. Breakfast buffet not bad too....mixture of international and local deli.
