Love the location it's right across from the bay and their are shopping malls in walking distance. I will definitely book with them again!

THE STAFF WAS INCREDIBLE-- FROM THE MOMENT WE WALKED IN THE DOOR UNTIL OUR DEPARTURE, THEY WERE POLITE AND ACCOMODATING, EVEN TO THE POINT OF WALKING WITH US WHEN WE WERE UNSURE OF THE LOCATION OF VAIROUS FACILITIES. THE BUILDING IS UNDER RENOVATION, SO THERE WERE CERTAIN AREAS THAT WERE A BIT WORN, BUT ONCE THESE PHYSICAL IMPROVEMENTS IMPROVE THIS COULD BE A FIVE-STAR HOTEL. JUST BE SURE TO KEEP THE AMAZING STAFF-- I'VE TRAVELED THE WORLD AND HAVE FOUND THESE PEOPLE ARE TRULY OUTSTANDING.

Great location and hotel was nice. There was construction going on the 2nd floor so every time you were on the elevator going up or down it stopped at the 2nd floor. Annoying but oh well. But during the day it was loud in the lobby and breakfast was held in a conference room and you had to wait to get in. That was a bit crazy. Just bad timing i guess but it was still annoying to deal with.

The hotel was perfect. Clean, and the staff were helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel for your stay in Tokyo.

Excellent breakfast and staff. Rooms and bathrooms were clean and big. English-accommodating. I didn’t use the spa so I can’t comment. Great area, quieter than other parts of Tokyo, with beautiful views and nearby malls. Shuttle to Disney included. Hotel attached to Daiba station; incredibly convenient. I researched a long time to find a hotel that met these needs and after staying, I can’t say enough good things! Thank you

Great view

Compared to Grand Nikko Tokyo Daiba, this hotel’s service and quality are not as good. In 2025, I stayed there in Daiba, and Grand Nikko was excellent. This year I wanted to try Hilton Hotels & Resorts, thinking that with such a famous name it would be better—but I was quite disappointed. Aside from the view, there’s nothing here that I really like. The bed is very old and curved. Overall, I forgot to take photos. The housekeeping staff sometimes changed the bedsheets, sometimes didn’t—I stayed for 7 nights. I also bought breakfast, but the hotel serves breakfast in a hall instead of a proper restaurant. Cooking is done right in that hall, and the smell spreads everywhere, which made me uncomfortable. After 7 mornings, the food was the same every day, making it hard to enjoy. Also, the hotel was under renovation during my stay, so it felt noisy and messy. If a hotel is under renovation, they should clearly inform guests beforehand so people can decide if they’re okay with it before booking. If I had known in advance, I wouldn’t have stayed here. Also, when I checked out, I forgot two jackets in the closet. Normally, they should email the guest to inform them and keep the items. But after I got back to Toronto, I realized they were missing—and the hotel never said anything. I’m now emailing the hotel to ask about it.

Beautiful view! Great location!

Most of the staff was friendly. Some laughed at me in the elevator, not sure why. Hotel was doing construction on the second floor, as a result the amenities were less than great. Couldn’t find the pool and spa without wandering around. View was amazing from the area, room view was bland. Overall not worth the price.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The property is beautiful, very clean, and easy to locate. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and offered a great view, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The staff was outstanding—friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Housekeeping did an excellent job and ensured everything was perfectly maintained throughout our visit. We traveled during very cold weather, and walking into the warm, cozy lobby was such a welcoming and comforting experience. We had no issues at all during our stay, and everything ran smoothly from check-in to check-out. I would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again in the future!

Everything was great

Very spacious rooms and the view was incredible. We loved our stay as what you expect from Hilton Hotels. Staff were very polite and very helpful when we asked questions related to transportation in tokyo. The hotel has a train station 1 minute walk and we literally had so much easy experience with transit (they provided us with a map with all the train lines and where they go). Definitely recommend the place for relaxing time while enjoying Tokyo city.
