Very convenient location not far from the railway station. Staff very helpful. Room size not large but typical for many Japanese hotels. Comfortable and clean. Did the job for me !

Location was in town and relatively convenient for getting around and taking metro etc. although couldn't get too excited about the immediate surroundings, so only gave a 4. There were some nice areas within walking distance though, so wouldn't be too hard on the location. Staff and hotel both very nice. Rooms were the usual size for a major Japanese city (enough room for bed, desk, wardrobe, shower cubicle and to walk in and out). Shower, toilet and bed all did exactly as required. Would recommend.

Stopped over for one night in Okayama from Naoshima en route to Kyoto. Seems like a business hotel. Location is great. Just a few streets, about 10 mins walk from JR Okayama station where the shinkansen call at. Double room is big for its price. Great and cheap food around the streets.

The location is very close to the train station so the hotel is convenient and the staff were very friendly. However, it’s in need of some renovations. The carpet and rooms were old and in poor condition - we even killed on cockroach in our room. That said, it was also very cheap.

IT SEEMS NEVER CLEAN THAT BUILDING OVER MONTHS. THE AIRCON IS HORRIBLE. OVERALL CLEANINGNESS IS -5. WE WILL NEVER SUGGEST ANYONE TO STAY THERE. UNHEALTHY. BUT THE STAFF IS VERY HELPFUL, WE ARE VERY HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY.

Great location, just 5 minutes walk from Okayama station. The hotel had all the facilities we needed for 3 nights plus they changed towels and yukatas every day. Overall a good experience!

Although they provided a chair and a workspace, there was no way that you could combine them comfortably. The walls of the room were so thin that I could hear other people's televisions and also snoring.

Location of the hotel is very convenient near the station and near shops and restaurants. Room was small, but nothing unexpected from a Japanese business-type hotel. The possibility to borrow bicycles from the hotel free of charge was great and made exploring Okayama a lot easier!

Room was quite spacious, though very worn and outdated. Breakfast was good (you choose a set meal from a menu) and the hotels location is only a 10 min from the station and is right across the road from the major shopping centre, which we had a very nice view of.

C'mon! This non smoking room has seen more smoke than a nightclub. Disgusting, dirty, tired rooms. I thought this was Japan people. Clean up your act!!! Friendly staff though and the Japanese breakfast was fantastic at the connected cafe!! Just like grandma would make. Would not stay here again unless they refurbish!!!
