I had a wonderful experience at gracery hotel. The location is so convenient and the ladies only floor had foot and pillow massage. Amenities were very nice and there was a Panasonic nano steam machine that is very helpful for face skin care

The location is very good. In front of the school there are a lot of donuts. Enjoy shopping straight away. The room facilities are everything. I really like it. The bathroom is wide. Convenient to travel by JR or subway. Exit the East Exit. Continue straight and cross the two red lights. Will find Godzilla on the school building. Not difficult to find. It's very good. If going to Japan again, will definitely stay here again.

The room was surprisingly well-organized for how small it was. It had a place for my suitcase, another large bag, without getting in the way. The lighting and outlets were also well thought out. The bathroom was plenty large and well-designed as well. Nice choice for a clean and efficient stay in Shinjuku.

If one wants to be in the middle of all Tokyo night life then this is the place. Rooms are incredibly small with no place to open suitcases and or put away clothes . Bathrooms are nice. It can be noisy

Great hotel however being in the red light district is not ideal. There was a lot of garbage every morning outside the hotel on the streets however the city employees were present to clean it up. Just a bit of a surprise to see so much garbage based on previous visits to Tokyo.

The room was a bit small but it served its purpose. The bed was very comfortable and the restrooms were very clean. If you’re looking for a place just to sleep comfortably and go about your day, this is the place. The laundry room was very clean and practical.

Check in was odd - was pressured to sign up to their “membership club” in order to check in before 2 pm (we arrived around 1) even though we realised after that our room was clearly ready as they had put our suitcase (sent via the luggage service Japan has) in our room already.

We stayed in a twin room on floor 28. Check in was easy and staff were pleasant. They signed us up for membership to get freebies. Pros- nice hotel with a selection of restaurants and shops onsite and nearby. Fun to look at Godzilla head. Lots if entertainment outside. Room was clean albeit a little cosy for our three cases but we made it work. Bath was lovely to soak in. Water stations to fill water bottles. Late checkout available for a fee. Cons-There was a lot of outside noise at night so if you are a light sleeper it might affect you (didn’t bother us). Shower room was ok but nowhere to put your clothes, bath mat without it getting wet or hang towels. We draped them on the window sill. It takes two elevators to get from the ground to your room. This can take a while at high traffic times. Godzilla head balcony is closed currently. We would definitely stay again!

Unlike any other of the 5 hotels I’ve been to this trip, this hotel amenities are very poor. There is only few things in the room and that’s it. No amenities tray in the lobby like all others. No shower cup, no hair bands, not even a bottle of water. There’s an empty carafe you can fill by yourself.

Room was the prefect size for a single traveller. Clean and well kept. Hotel staff all helpful and polite. Right in the heart of Shinjuku with plenty to see and do. I couldn't hear any noise outside during the night. I gelt perfectly safe the entire time I was there. It would be fine for couples and families aswell.

Everything was great, especially the staff who were super friendly and helpful. The only downside was the small size of the double room, without closets or a sofa for two people. The hotel itself was perfect, a great location, clean, modern, etc.
