I had a wonderful experience at gracery hotel. The location is so convenient and the ladies only floor had foot and pillow massage. Amenities were very nice and there was a Panasonic nano steam machine that is very helpful for face skin care

The location is very good. In front of the school there are a lot of donuts. Enjoy shopping straight away. The room facilities are everything. I really like it. The bathroom is wide. Convenient to travel by JR or subway. Exit the East Exit. Continue straight and cross the two red lights. Will find Godzilla on the school building. Not difficult to find. It's very good. If going to Japan again, will definitely stay here again.

Everything was great, especially the staff who were super friendly and helpful. The only downside was the small size of the double room, without closets or a sofa for two people. The hotel itself was perfect, a great location, clean, modern, etc.

Overall good experience for a decent price in the area. Prime location in Shinjuku, right next to countless food options, stores, nightlife. The Godzilla themed decorations are exciting for a movie fan like me. The self check-in and out was smooth without problems for foreign passports. The room was small but I succeeded in storing my luggage under the bed, and the bathroom is large and awesome with timer on bath water settings and useful small details. The room wasn't the most clean, I've found leftover food pieces on the floor and hair at random places. But it isn't terribly dirty either, no odd smells or obvious stains. I'd come back if the prices stay affordable even if just for the prime location.

The hotel is located right in the heart of Shinjuku. Food options plentiful and close to trains and shopping. And if you want to get away from the hustle and bustle a fantastic park was just 15 minute walk away.
