Great hotel. Very modern and classy. Great location attached to the train station. Restaurants are good with great food selections. The staff are extremely kind and professional. The lobby is huge with comfortable seats, a nice piano bar and a soothing fountain. I would definitely stay here again.

We like to stay at Hotel Granvia when in Kyoto, so upon seeing a location in Hiroshima, we jumped at the opportunity to stay here as well. The hospitality and professionalism is great, with the location being very convenient. The room was very nice and clean. We enjoyed staying here and would re-book if ever back in town!

Only thing to pick on would be no public bath on site. However, Staffs were very helpful at the front desk and luggage storage. Don't remember the last time stored luggage were moved to our room before we checked in. We got a room with good view in high floor. I also like there are 2 chairs in a double room. Location of hotel is steps to train station. It was one of the main reasons we chose this hotel, so we can drop our luggage and moved on to travel in the area. a lot of shopping stores in the area too. Breakfast was delicious. Coffee and ice cream were my favorites there. I will definitely pick this hotel again if travel in vicinity.

Convenient location right next to Hiroshima train station. If you fly into Hiroshima it’s easy to get the airport limousine bus to the station and therefore to the hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful and they stored our bags for us until the afternoon of the day we checked out. The rooms were nice and clean.
