Great room - largest we’ve had in Japan so far. Laundry available and staff very helpful. Breakfast buffet had lots of options and your voucher notes you can use to a lunch if you don’t use for breakfast.

Ideally located for exploring Osaka and for visiting Universal, laundry onsite was super helpful and breakfast and a good quality and selection, lots of nice food places nearby also and staff very helpful, the room was also wonderful and made for an excellent stay

Great hotel and very convenient. The Staff was very helpful and accommodating. The only gripe i had was with the in hotel laundry, hind sight being 20/20 I would go to an actual laundromat before using their machines again.

Fantastic location a block away from Fukushima station. Breakfast was good, but the space is tight, making a buffet hectic for much of the morning. Little engagement with staff due to the layout, but they were polite and helpful when we did.

Clean but small room, Japanese style. Excellent customer service. Entrance is challenging to find, could use some signage but excellent restaurants across from the hotel.

The room and whole hotel was very clean! The staff were so nice! The hotel is very close to the train station which made everything super easy! There is a 7-11 and lots of places to eat between the train station & the hotel. When we go back to Osaka we will be staying here again!!

Great stay overall! The hotel was clean and the room size was comfortable, even with a 4-year-old child. Breakfast was simple but tasty. The only downside was the laundry—washing took quite long and the dryer didn’t fully dry our clothes. Still, we would stay here again for the convenient location, close to the train station and plenty of restaurants downstairs.

The Staff was always present and very helpful. The room is smaller than what I am used to. It was a bit crowded but you can kick all the luggage under the bed which clears up enough space to walk. The shower was a good size. The hotel is near Sooo many amazing restaurants. The train station is also around the corner which was convenient.

Compact hotel located in a great eating and drinking area of Osaka. Staff were helpful, amenities were great - the rooms were just a tad small for a double room and two sets of luggage, but that is often standard in Japan. They were however spotless, comfortable and well equipped. Breakfast was varied every day of our stay, it was fantastic to have mostly Japanese dishes. The meal options around the hotel were endless - we had excellent izakaya meals throughout our stay, and there is also a supermarket and subway station nearby. Overall, would book again for a short, budget-friendly but good-value stay.
