Nice hotel located a little far from the train station. Hotel caters for weddings. I booked twin room (2 beds) as I have young kids I was given 2 single rooms look like our room was given to wedding guests. Also booked non smoking and given smoking rooms. Booked months ahead no choice but to seperate family between two rooms. Staff are nice. Taxis cost about 1500 yen from the station otherwise a bus at station 5 can be caught for 220 yen. If walking approx 50 min.

1部屋3名で宿泊したのですが、3個目の増設ベットが折りたたみのソファーベットであり、金具がむき出しの部分がありました。　触るとヒンヤリとする感じで、他のベットより若干小さめであったことから、もう少し大きめで、金具がむき出しにならない工夫があると良いと感じました。

毎年恒例の三家族旅行。同時に予約したのにも関わらず、２部屋は並びで、１部屋は別階の部屋。予約時トリプルの部屋を三部屋で予約してのにも関わらず、２部屋がツイン。大人２人+子供２人(小学中学年)の部屋にツインでコップも２人分しかなく、ツインはないと思いフロントに電話したらベット３つありませんか？って言われた。だから２つしかないって言ってるじゃん！って思いながら、２つしかありませんと答える。お出かけのタイミングでセッティングさせていただきますとのこと。夕食後戻ったら、ベット３つにはなってるものの１台はソファーベッド。。。(この部屋でよく最大６人２してるなぁ。。。)あと、コップが何故か２つ→３つに。。。(だったら4人いるんだから普通４人分でしょう) しかもコップが汚くて洗って使用。寝てる間に、私も子供２人、お尻や足にプッっとでき翌朝めっちゃ痒い(ダニか？) チェックインの際、大人と子供と同じプランで予約してたのにも関わらず、何故か子供の朝食バイキング代が別途かかりますと説明され、その場でもう一人子供を連れてるママに伝えたら、チェックアウトの際で結構ですとのことで、その場は払わず部屋へ。予約のメール等を確認するも別途かかるなんて記載がなかったので、トリプルベッドにする為ルームキーを預けに行った際伝えると、確認したところ別途かかりませんとの事。朝食バイキングは品揃えも良く美味しかったけど、それ以外は三家族とも不満が出るホテルでした。。。結婚式場のあるホテルなのに残念でたまりません。夕飯に外食した、ホテル近くの鮨割烹いいじまはお店の方も感じが良く、お店も綺麗で、食事も美味しかったので、ホテルの食事も合わせて、食事は当たりだったねってチェックアウト後、観光中に話が出てました。子供のお尻と足のプツプツは、かきつぶしてしまい、まだ治らず。。。

夜9時頃にホテルに家族で到着しましたが、大量の荷物も部屋まで運んで下さり大変助かりました。子供用のアメニティやガウンタイプのパジャマも用意されていて重宝しました。お部屋のwifiがちょっと繋がりにくかったですが、その他は朝食も種類が多く色々食べれましたし過ごし易かったです。また利用したいです。

トリプルルームに宿泊しました。シングル3台とありましたが、1台はソファベッド？なのか足側の端にパイプのようなものがあり、腰掛けるには少々痛かったです。部屋はキレイで、泊まるだけなら十二分です。ただユニットバスの換気扇掃除がされていないのだけが残念でした。朝食はとても種類豊富で、美味しく頂きました。オススメのフレンチトーストは写真とは違い硬かったです。少し残念ポイントはあるものの、豪勢な朝食付きでこの金額でしたら満足のいくホテルだと思います。また利用させて頂きたいです。
