Clean room, friendly staff. Breakfast has good options and there is a hot tub on the 9th floor. Good central area and there are 2 stations nearby. Very walkable and safe with lots of food options. Food was kind of expensive though

Very very clean and the staff was very helpful. Our toiletries were replaced promptly every day. The onsen was really great. Tea and coffee options were nice too.

Great hotel in great location with many nice restaurants in the neighborhood. The breakfast buffet was really tasty and good quality with a city view on a upper floor with terrace. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

The staff were nice and it wasn’t too far from the train station. However, there was a huge brown stain on the wall by the sink in our room. We also noticed that the shelf in the shower that holds the shampoo etc was broken off and continuously fell off the hinges during our stay. The holder for the shower head was also completely loose and felt like it was going to fall off the wall. To be honest, we stayed at a 5 star hotel in Kyoto for the same price as we paid here and I would say this place was a 2 or barely 3 star for the same price. We were pretty disappointed. The hallways also smelt like mildew or mold.

Was a great stay for 5 nights. Easy to walk to train station and it felt like safe area. Hotel felt new and was in great shape.
