NY style loft, very spacious
Excellent service and accommodation
Room service was delivery from restaurant downstairs
Food and staff were great and even helped take our luggage up and down stairs.

I had a lovely stay in one of the double rooms which is very spacious for Japanese hotels. I loved the the design of the room as well as its amenities - especially the en-suite bathroom! It’s located in a quite side street and the downstairs gyoza restaurant was outstanding! Would highly recommend staying at hotel inc when in Tokyo!

입구를 찾기 어려웠고 아래층에 음식점과 함께 운영되는 숙소여서 사진을 통해 예상한 것과는 달라 놀랐습니다. 하지만 공간활용과 어메니티, 서비스 모두가 좋았어요. 아래층에서 운영하는 음식점도 좋았고요! 위치도 교토 중심가와 가까이 있으면서도 조용한 동네라 좋았습니다👍
