Hotel was clean. Shops/convenience stores/restaurants/train station were all walkable distances. Staff were absolutely amazing during our stay there. Rooms were cleaned and made everyday. Recommend hotel.

Property wasnt the cleanest, but was clean everywhere it mattered. Self service, no interaction with staff. Else convenience and affordable. Def not a western sized room but fun

I knew going into no to except “western” size and amenities. That being said the room reminded me of dorm rooms in the military without the cleanliness. This didn’t sit well with the wife and kids. Staff was nice but when the communication got too difficult they told me to come back when the next person that spoke a little better English started their shift. Which made setting up luggage transport more difficult. The saving grace is the Hotel is located very close to the Kayabacho Station.

Staff was barely helpful. They would help you rudely if they were ever at the counter. The laundry room was very old but overall it worked. Functionaly, the room was nice other than a few stains on the walls.
