This is an incredible hotel. The location is just a 5 minute walk from Iidabashi train station. There are several convenience stores nearby as well as a drugstore. The rooms are spacious and clean. Beds and pillows are comfortable. Two types of pillows are provided, med and firm (beads). Bathroom includes single-use toothbrush/toothpaste packs, hairbrush, razor, bath towel, shower cap, hair band and makeup cotton pads. In our room, the toilet with a small sink was separate from the main showering area. Slippers and pj's provided. Large sizes available. Ample laundry machines available but it takes a long time to dry. 300-600 yen per wash (includes drying). Laundry room is a lounge with 2 microwave ovens and drink machines. Bottled water proved daily in your room. Phone charger available in the room as well with many optional ports. Drawer space is limited so we put some clothes on the window sill. Not an issue though! Staff are incredible! So helpful and kind! Checkin and checkout was a breeze!

The staff were so helpful, thoughtful and kind. We had done multiple day reservations and as part of a group of 8 and everything was handled smoothly. Rooms were very clean and quiet, conveniently located to restaurants and train stations (Tozai line). The laundry room was awesome. Coin operated, clean, spacious wait area, and ironing supplies. Next to vending and ice machines. We will be back.

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. They assisted with any concerns I had in and even assisted with forward luggaging to my next accommodation. Everything was seamless and stress free especially given it was our first time in Japan. Thank you again to the staff for all of your help!!
