Excellent location, close to shopping centres and restaurants, staff are very friendly and knowledgeable, will definitely return next time.

The location is perfect and service is excellent.

Very convenient location near the Ikebukuro station. The JY line entrance was just a quick walk down the street and up the stairs. There was a Family Mart, Lawson, and 7-11 nearby as well. There was a coffee shop next to Family Mart that opened early that was very pleasant to relax and enjoy coffee and a breakfast pastry before heading out to the rail station. The Hotel room was very spacious for a Tokyo property. Very clean and staff were very friendly. The view from my room allowed me to see the trains and the station. The property has several eating areas, we tried the breakfast buffet which had a lot of selections and was very tasty. We also tried the bar which had a good drink selection and also food options to snack on with your drink. A life saver on property was the washer/dryer! It was humid during our stay and having the option to wash your clothes was very convenient! It allowed me to also bring half the clothes that I would need for the length that we stayed. The tv in room also tracks the timing of the washing machines so you know when they are busy as well as when your clothes are done. Check in was very easy, check out was also very easy. Since there were no additional charges, I just dropped the keycard in the return box and that was all that was needed. One of the key factors for choosing this hotel was also the direct shuttle bus to and from Haneda Airport. I should note that the fire & police station was close so sirens were heard often.

The breakfast is excellent and a good deal. I also like the bakery. It's location makes it an excellent "home base" for exploring since the station is across the street. Vet friendly and helpful staff.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Very efficient when I needed help with my plans and getting things done.

Location. Breakfast 3500 yen per person is not worth compare to others.

Excellent location. Very helpful & courteous staff, Only things I did not like were the bathroom & tub water handles. They are very hard to turn when your hands are soapy or oily.

Staff and hotel accommodations are EXCELLENT!!

The room was large compared to the other hotels we stayed in on our trip. We ate both dinner and breakfast at the hotel buffet, and the variety of food was quite good. We arrived before check in, so enjoyed cake and chocolate at the mezzanine lounge.

Nice clean hotel with airport limousine pick up option. The times didn’t work for us, but it was nice to have the option. Room was nice and decent sized for Tokyo.

The property is ideal for traveling and shopping. The customer service is excellent.

The room is renovated but not the bathroom . It is a bit outdated
