The property was fabulous although I have to say the restaurants at the hotel were very overpriced so we found we had to leave most of the time to eat.
For $45 per person breakfast charge is a good example of excessive charges. As well, you had to pay for beach chairs if you're at the beach, which should probably be supplied to hotel guests. Really beautiful hotel though and the indoor pools were great.

Property was beautiful and clean, but unfortunately we were there the week before the outdoor pool opened. They charge for their indoor pool. We paid one day for my son (5) to use the indoor pool. Basic pool with small toddler slide. There is also a small pool outside the indoor pool area that you can use as well. Rooms are a bit tight for family of 4 with a 5 year old. They squish four beds in one room. That’s there biggest room. Otherwise, you need to get two rooms and it’s pricey. There’s a bit of a drive to everything. We went to the aquarium and Naha for sightseeing. You definitely need to rent a car. There are a few dining options just outside the hotel that you can walk to. We only ate breakfast at the hotel since we included that. Mostly local Japanese breakfast with a few western choices. You do need to wait in line if you do not eat before 7am. My teens went down a little later and were told it was a 40 min wait. We ended up taking them out to get something so we didn’t have to wait so long.

We stayed in the Deluxe room this time, the room is very clean and all rooms are seaview room.
The breakfast is expectional, especially the Japanese Style breakfast, they offered the entire set meal with rice and 5 dishes.
Also the Spa and Tiger beach offer the great experience and the price is fair.
I recommend to stay in this resort for more than 1 day.

Stayed 5 nights in the deluxe ocean suite. Amazing room with a great view. Service was amazing from start to finish. Biggest disappointment was the beach. The beach gets very shallow in the afternoon and there are lots of rocks which make it unsuitable for swimming.
Also marine activities are sometimes not available and a bit pricier than other places.
Outdoor pool area is nice but you have to pay extra for the cabanas.
Overall great place for a relaxing vacation but if you're someone who enjoys swimming in the ocean and lots of marine sports, then probably not the best option.

We checked into our “luxury” room and it had a very bad smoke stench and after about one hour, we decided to ask the front desk for a different room. They showed us two other rooms And both had similar smells. Finally, after complaining, they moved us to another room that did Not have the smoky stink but had a nice view of a cemetery and parking lot. Not what we were expecting for $600 a night. They charge us $150 extra night for my 11-year-old daughter to stay in the room. There were absolutely no apologies given to us for the time wasted and for the bad room. We will definitely be recommending this place to anyone or going back here again. I’m a hotels.com gold member and stay in five star hotels more than 80 nights a year and this is the first bad review I’ve ever given to a hotel.

Excellent hotel with impeccable service. Onsite dining option us great, especially the japanese restaurant where we had a special course meal for 8 people in a reserved room. Would definitely come again and recommend to others. One minor downside is the breakfast place rather small and easily crowded, but you can use line app to get your waiting number in your room, minimizing wait time on site.
