Convenient location, just 3 mins walk to the shopping street with many restaurants options. The tatami room is very nice! Parking is not quite friendly as it doesn’t allow to drive out once we parked, so please take this into consideration when you book this.

Looooved this place. The staff was amazing and super helpful. The breakfast buffet was the best hotel restaurant I ever been to!! Lots of different food available and super delicious and best of all it’s a cheap option for breakfast before heading out for the day. The room was nice and clean. We had a nice view of the river outside. And super close to the food/shopping area which lets us explore at night without being far. It was a 5 minute walk from the hotel !!

This hotel was spacious. The toilet was outside of the bathroom, which was nice. The view of the river that we had was lovely and their elevator was super fast. Amenities were all free at the front. There was coffee in the lobby but we didn’t know it was for us. Nobody explained that. The cups were so tiny though - you needed 3 cups!!! There was a fridge, hairdryer, and a large TV. If you don’t have mobility issues, it’s less than a 10 minute walk to major shopping, which was all under cover. This was lovely because it was pouring down rain the day we arrived. Clearly the local town is very helpful as we were stuck in the rain. A lady pulled over and gave us her personal umbrella because she felt bad that we were struggling to walk from the tran stop to this hotel. It was a bit of a struggle and out of the way, even after taking the tram as close as we could (number 6) The beds were super comfy. It was really updated and the pillows were great as well. It was about a half an hour walk from the station to the hotel if you were up for the walk

Booked the no clean service double room and honestly I would do it again! This hotel is close to ginza section, great view of the river. Close to the sakumachi bus terminal only 8 minute walk. Staff is super friendly and helpful. The rooms are wonderful, why are you still reading?!? Book! It’s worth it!

This is our second time staying at this hotel. We booked the Basic Twin Room. The bathroom is quite old. It was very different to where we stayed in last year (we got a "new" room). I think this needs to be renovated, but the room itself is quite comfy, except the air conditioner. We tried to set the temperature to the lowest with high fan, but the room was still hot and stuffy especially when sleeping. Overall, we were pretty satisfied with the stay. We got a nice view of the river, the hotel was clean, staff were polite and friendly to tourists, breakfast was very good, and is within walking distance to Sakuramachi.

スタッフもいいですし、宿泊必要品は整っていました。 　但し、部屋の室温が調整できず、暑くて困りました。　スタッフに電話したら、クーラーが故障しているみたいでサーキュレーターをすぐに持って来て下さいましたが、室温は下がりませんでした。　ドアを開ければ涼しくて気持ちが良かったのですが、、、安全のために閉めて下さいと言われました。

Bed was very uncomfortable and thermostat was malfunctioning causing the room to be uncomfortably hot throughout the night. Shower drain clogged with hair and needed to be cleaned out in order for water to drain. Good price for location and friendly staff but would not stay again.

Pretty standard for the cheaper hotels we’ve stayed in - we’ve been in Japan for 6 weeks, so stayed in quite a few! It’s very dated, but that’s normal for the cheaper hotels. The bed was too small for us both - it was a large single for 2 people, but not really sufficient for 2 so neither of us slept very well. Otherwise the bed was comfortable. I think this is more of a business hotel - if you are looking for luxury this is not the place for you! But if you are only using the place to sleep in and spend the day out and about, it’s fine. The reception area is large with an area to sit around in. Staff were very helpful and friendly and allowed us to leave our bags there for the day before checking in - this seems normal for most hotels thankfully since check in times are quite late - usually 3pm. We wouldn’t stay here again, but good enough for a night if you spend the day out and about.
