Room is a good size but may definitely feel smaller for those not used to hotels outside of US. Rooms are cleaned daily and if you leave out towels they will have new ones for you to use every day. Air conditioning is easy to set to your preference. Staff was very helpful and aid in luggage storage pre/post trip.

Staff upon arrival seemed to not want to help me. I Stated that I wanted to check in and she said, wait. She immediately went to the further counter to help someone who had just walked up as I did. Very unprofessional. Taller female, slim in build. Did not get her name but she was there on the night of my check in. The one with the mask was very helpful.

Great location within walking distance to metro and restaurants. Staff were very friendly and helpful to answer all questions. The cleaning lady did a fantastic job taking care of us and maintaining the room daily. Best of all was breakfast which was very delicious with many varieties to choose from to satisfy all tastes. Definitely recommend this hotel and stay at the same location when I come back for a visit.

Room was small but we were expecting that based on the reviews. Our room had no closet or drawer space. Not sure if the larger rooms have that, but we made it work. Probably my only complaint is that there was a slight mildew smell in the bathroom. Couldnt quite place where it was coming from. Location was good. Close to 3 different rail stations. About a 5-10 min walk to all of them. 7-11 was a plus being right downstairs. We went there everyday, maybe twice a day, lol. All in all, I do recommend this hotel.

Staff were nice apart from breakfast. Very rude and stroppy. Pineapple was so bad tinned and drenched in juice or water. The scrambled eggs were so runny. I asked nicely if I could have a fried egg and they said sorry NO. Coffee and tea were so bad too Do not bother with breakfast. Waste of money

This is a very nice hotel, very close to the U.S. embassy, a 8-10 minute walk. Great downtown Tokyo location, great price, and a nice breakfast, although the eggs were too runny/ liquid, fully cooked and I could eat them, just too much liquid. The room had excellent accessories you don’t usually get in a Japanese hotel, all toilettes, toothbrushes, shaving cream, razor blades, 2 bottles of water, mini fridge, but no microwave, and the 7-11 in the building was extra nice. Stay here, you will be happy you did.

The lobby has a waterfall glass wall, very welcoming. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast Buffet about $13USD was very good, well stocked and helpful staff. Queen room was very small for two people, but manageable. Very clean and modern. Air conditioning was in your control. Cools down within a few minutes. We were last room before stairs and amazingly quiet. Ice, shared microwave, and vending machines on floors 4, 8, & 11. Three self-laundry machines on floor 12. Akasaka area business friendly. Biz Atriam just a few minutes walk.
