Overall stay was great! Staff is very kind. Room was well kept. Our family feels safe all the time.

Nice location near train and metro stations, chinatown and eating areas. Close to city center. Good price to quality. One thing to note is rooms condition. Walls are all in dust which seems to be ignored for years. Went fan is very noisy in bathroom, no way to sleep with it.

I always choose Mystays Hotel when I go to Japan for business trips. I have stayed here many times. The location here is very convenient for my business trip, and the nearby transportation and restaurants meet my needs. The room is also very clean, and the reception staff has a good service attitude. I highly recommend it.

Ac wasn’t working and staff couldn’t even speak English to discuss about this. A lot of noise from neighbors and they would charge 1000 yen just for 30 minutes late of check out. Water is extremely weak. I feel that they’re doing everything they can to do cost savings. I would not recommend this property at all.

Excelent place to stay at

Beautiful stay! The rooms were fairly larger than other hotels we stayed at during our time in Japan. There is a small sitting area that is big enough to open your luggage all the way, and the desk provides extra seating! Do keep in mind that the building has a collective cooling system, so there is no individual air conditioning per room. There was a mini AC unit in our space to use, but we still had to use our mini portable fans throughout the night to stay somewhat "cool" during the summer heat. If warm air doesn't bother you, this was a perfect stay! It's about a 4-minute walk from the station, near an outdoor shopping district that has a couple thrifting places and good bites, close to convenience stores, and a station away from Yokohama Chinatown.

Great place to stay in Kannai Yokohama

Day crew is absolutely amazing and professional, a English speaking team member is on board to assist. Day team went above and beyond the call of duty. Night shift, had very little comprehension of English and when spoken to in my basic Japanese skills, they were clueless to my needs. Even my travel agency experienced language barriers with the night shift when attempting to address my day late arrival due to airline cancellations in order to keep reservations. Great location to everything Yokohama In house Italian restaurant rates a 3 on a scale of 10 for service. I was the only patron in the place, took 10 minutes to get a glass of water with a waitstaff of 3. Food portions OK, but bread had to be requested and portion of the bread was incredibly thin and small. Pasta taste was quite bland for the tomato paste sauce. Local convenience stores 7-11/Lawsons had better tasting foods. Tge higher rating on my part is strictly because the day crew was second to none.
