Service was excellent. We were pleasantly surprised by our upper floor rooms which were new, clean, and modern. Far from "dated" indicated by some reviews. Fully connected by an underground walkway from the station. Highly recommend.

The location was so convenient! Near to Kanazawa station (walking distance) and there is an underground tunnel connecting it to the station. The room was spacious, clean, and the staff were helpful. I would definitely stay here again if I visit Kanazawa again.

The hotel was very nice and classy. We loved the space and the view from our room. Staff was very nice and the concierge was helpful. Very impressed by the buffet breakfast and also loved the Japanese style breakfast. Enjoyed our stay at Hotel Nikko and would highly recommend to others.
