We booked our honeymoon trip here, and it was absolutely brilliant. The staff made us a little congratulations card and everything! The hotel is located in a lovely quiet area, hard to believe you’re in the middle of Tokyo really. There’s excellent transport links via the underground and overground trains, and plenty of great food and entertainment in walkable distance too, including the charming bookshops of Jinbocho, Tokyo Dome City and the Koishikawa Korakuen Garden. We’d also recommend Komeda’s Coffee, just across the Kanda and Rt405, for a strong cuppa and the fluffiest toast ever to get you going for the day. The facilities in the hotel were great including some lovely relaxed shared areas and terraces. The bath was amazing, nice and wide and deep, and with the complimentary sakura bath salts, perfect for soaking off all the walking we did! There’s also a couple of vending machines with chilled drinks, an ice machine, onsite coin launderette, gym and relaxation room with amazing massage chairs. The in-house Japanese restaurant, Yukuri, was also a great experience with fantastic local food and fascinating information provided with each dish! Would highly recommend for anyone wanting to visit Tokyo whilst having a chill, quiet base to return home to. Thank you for making our honeymoon so special!

Everything was as expected except a sewage smell in the bathroom. It was a faint smell at first. Over the 3 day stay it got stronger time to time. Some of the towel smelled like burned rubber or something. A chemical smell.

A beautiful, serene and tranquil property in the middle of a bustling city. It was quiet and so relaxing with incredible and helpful staff. A real treat to stay at with their quiet gardens for afternoon tea. Close to the Tokyo Dome and lots of attractions, 15 minutes from Tokyo station

We loved this hotel and would absolutely stay again. Perfectly situated close to the subway and was a quiet serene oasis at the end of the day in bustling Tokyo where we could relax in the zen garden or get a rejuvenating massage in the massage chairs provided. The only minor issue is that the gym is quite lacking with only cardio equipment and nothing for strength training but if that’s not important to you the hotel is perfect.

We had multiple small issues that the front desk staff fixed for us(our fault). They went above and beyond to help we were so greatful for them. This hotel is gorgeous and comfortable. 5 minute walk to the train lots of great restaurants nearby. Our friends who didn't choose this hotel to stay at were sad they didn't after coming over to hang. The massage chairs literally saved our lives multiple days. Do not hesitate to book!

Starting with Chiyoda area. This is definitely not the area to be if you’re a tourist if you’re looking for an active night life where to eat with plenty of options and places around… you simple got stuck, unless you want to take 35 minutes subway or pay lots of money on taxis in case you want to have a nice restaurant and bars nightlife. Price was expensive and not worth the money for what the hotel provides. Rooms are relatively old and small. Our room was smelly (some curry smell), shower (the curtain) was smelly as well like someone was “using as a toilet”. We forgot a pair of jeans and when we called the hotel they said they couldn’t find it, very disappointing. Bottom line, definitely not a $400 hotel.

The staff were so helpful and very friendly. I can’t say enough about how accommodating they were. For the property, it’s in a quieter area and is very well maintained. With train stations a couple minutes walk away, it was very convenient to travel the city.

Great service, excellent breakfast. Tea time and massage chairs on 3rd floor are a treat. The gym is also good (LifeFitness treadmill, elliptical and bike, although the space is small —no weights— it is pleasant and machines are new). Washer/dryer also convenient. All this makes up for small rooms.
