I returned to this hotel because of the pleasant experience I had during the last visit. This time, we had a little challenges due to my mistake on the dates of my stay (and Hotels.com's inability to correct the mistake in time) and due to the hotel's inability to accommodate the last minute change because they were sold out. But the hotel staff did their best to make changes to accommodate my needs, which was very much appreciated.

I originally booked for 4 nights stay and was able to extend for another few nights. The staff were very friendly and answered any questions I had. It was only a short walk to the train and bus stations and lots of dining options nearby.
If in the area, I definitely stay there again.

The room was spacious and i love it, comfy bed.
Kinda old style room but good, although the aircon is not functioning right..
But, I think they really have to improved the breakfast buffet setting.. i mean it was bad. When we came there is no even plates, spoons forks cup & glass to use..
we have to wait for 5-10mins..
Foods are almost gone, staffs are panicking.. poor services we've been on different hotels breakfast buffet but this place will leave you speechless.. they really have to do something about that..

Due to the nature of the trip, my schedule was quite fluid duirng the stay. They bent over backwards to accommodate my requests for changes with a very short notice. I was very happy with the amenity in the room and what they offer at the front desk. Everything is clean and well-cared for. They seem to have high occupancy rate, so you'd want to let them know ASAP if you want to extend your stay. The check-in time is 3 pm and even though they accommodate an early check-in, they charge a fee of 1,000 yen for each hour you want to check in early. The breakfast buffet is extensive and that is worth the stay.

The hotel is in a run down part of town, but close to the train station. The room was okay but the bed was hard, the bathroom was cramped (typical Japanese). We did love the they had CNN and BBC in English. They would not let us check in an hour early (which two of our other hotels this stay did).

Resol is a very convenient hotel very closed to the train station but you don’t hear the train. You have also plenty of restaurant, convenience stores and a supermarket. There is all services important you need. The room is quite big or at least biggest than others. I really recommend the hotel
