All the necessities for a quick one nighter near mt Fuji. Used this place as a base for trips up to mt Fuji children's world with my 3yo daughter. Perfect. Breakfast decent, especially as it's included. Room had Fuji view too!

In town for the 2014 Blue Sky Heaven Harley Davidson HOG Rally, and we couldn't have found a better place with a convenient location to the expressways and the event being held at the Fuji Speedway. Great hotel, friendly staff, all the amenities and service one could need, and a wonderful complimentary breakfast, that was both tastey and filling, and offered a variety of choices. We will definitely visit the Susono Hotel again, and will recommend to all of our American and Japanese friends!

女性用大浴場はダイヤルロック式になっているが、退出する時に鍵がしっかりしまっておらず開いており、驚いた。ロックが簡易的で弱く、しっかり閉めないと施錠されないため、オートロック式などもっとセキュリティの高いものに変えてほしい。安心して理容できない。朝食のメニューの品数をもっと増やしてほしい。部屋の清掃が甘い。
