我們一行六人去白樺湖滑雪，入住白樺湖榮園酒店，附近有好多滑雪場大人小朋友都可以玩，揸車也非常方便，房間有很靚的湖景露台，酒店大堂也有歐陸風情，老闆會說中文，溝通很方便，老闆還送我們泡湯卷。人很友善，照顧周到。

A quiet and serene place to stay, and a good starting point to begin to explore the area. Owner is very friendly and accommodating. and rooms are sufficiently comfortable and clean. The nearest onsen is just a 5 minute walk, and there is a Lawson's about ten minutes away. Would love to come back and stay again if I visit Shirakabako again. :)

部屋からの眺めはとても良いです！内装はレトロな感じ。設備が古くトイレに暖房便座やウォシュレットなどがついていないのでそこは気になります。
朝食はボリュームがあって満足しました。

施設は古いが3 人部屋は ロフト タイプで 面白い レイアウト です。 ベッドには 電気 敷布 が 敷いてあり 寒い日でも 快適な睡眠が取れる 。 朝食が ボリュームがあり まあまあ おいしかった。

旅先の渋滞に何度も巻き込まれ、夜９時を回ってしまいました
ホテルにあらかじめ遅くなってしまう電話をいれましたが、11時でも１２時でも大丈夫ですよ、と気遣いの言葉を掛けていただき安心しました
設備に関しては、部屋のエアコンをつけて３０分後に勝手に切れてしまい。
本体やリモコンを調べましたが、原因がわかりませんでした
夜中に差し掛かっていたので受付に電話することもためらわれ。
何も報告できずチェックアウトとなりました
