HOTEL SUI HAMAMATSU

Very kind staff, good English speakers, free alcohol happy hour and free unagi onigiri at dinner time. Clean facilities and pleasant stay.

The hotel staff were very welcoming and helpful. There were many amenities available at the hotel and the room was small but comfortable and well laid out. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Very nice hotel. A few minutes walk to the station. Good breakfast buffet—both western and Japanese options. Not far from Hamamatsu Castle park. I would happily stay again.

The hotel was prefect and the staff were all so friendly! The breakfast was delicious. We had a perfect stay.

It was a last minute booking for us but a surprisingly nice stay. Staff are young and energetic. Room is basic but good size and clean. We were surprised they had rice ball meal from 8-10 pm. Breakfast was excellent.

It was a bit far from Hamamatsu station but very clean, comfortable and spacious room. Enjoyed breakfast there.

The room was nice and clean. The breakfast was great. It is a bit far from the train station. There is a ventilation in the room and makes a noise when it is raining.

The rooms and facilities were very clean. The staff was welcoming and accommodating. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in this area.

Dang this place was great! We got the queen room, and it was the biggest hotel room I've ever stayed in in Japan. Great bed, wonderful room. The free breakfast was excellent, too! Almost all Japanese options, but we love Japanese food so it was really exciting. They also held our bags for us before check-in and after check-out so we could wander around the city. Not sure if I'll ever make it back to Hamamatsu, but if I do I'll stay here again!

Newer contemporary small hotel… friendly- helpful.

For tourists without car is not so convenient but it is only 7 min to walk from station so it’s not too bad.

This was an easy 15 minute walk to the station. There was a decent breakfast buffet which was a bonus. I rarely suffer from headaches, however had a headache for much of my two nights here. I can't categorically blame the hotel, however perhaps it was allergies from the carpeting in the room. The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. I used the laundry facilities on the 4th floor - always glad to have access to a washer and dryer while travelling. All in all, no real complaints here, and for the price, I would recommend this hotel.

A lot dinning options

The rooms are clean, the staff are friendly and helpful, and the hotel is an easy walk from the main Hamamatsu train station, several shopping centers, a post office, and attractions like Hamamatsu castle. Breakfast is free with Japanese and some Western options, and there's an amenity bar with just about every toiletry you could need also free. There is a coin laundry if you need to wash clothes but their dryers are not very powerful and it can take a long time. They will help with shipping your luggage via Yamato as well. The rooms are small by Western standards but that's to be expected in Japan. Overall, I would absolutely not hesitate to stay here again!
