Room was decent, big compared to Tokyo. The hotel is an older one that uses physical keys. The lobby provides many comics and free coffee, the staff were also very friendly. The location is also very convenient as it is within 10min walk away from the train station & bus terminal. However, the area was not too quiet, there were people talking loudly outside around midnight every night I stayed and noise can be heard from other rooms and hallway.

Hotel is clean and service is good but rooms are tiny. There is no night stand next to the bed because there is no space for it. You have to turn your key into the receptionist every time you leave the room. Location is convenient being close to the train station but it is also right next to the red-light district.

快適な２日間過ごさせていただきましたスタッフも丁寧な接客で良かったです❗ ただ、部屋の窓は嵌めごろしで窓が開かずエアコンも暖房と送風しかなく風呂上がりは暑くて参りましたそれ以外はホテル内も静かで良かったです

ホテルも綺麗でよかったです。11月だったので暖房が効きすぎて部屋が暑かったですが、サーキュレーター貸し出しなど丁寧に対応してくれました。朝食バイキングは１階のお店の中でしたが、美味しかったのでお勧めです。漫画やゲームの貸し出しもあるようなので、次回利用時に暇があったら利用してみたいですね。

朝食はつけなかったので感想は割愛します。立地は駅東口で良いホテルで良く利用させていただいております。今回チェックアウト11時にも関わらず9時から清掃スタッフによる清掃が始まり、こちらは寝ているのに扉の開閉や掃除機は大きな音を立てて配慮も何も無く非常に不愉快でした、更に早めにチェックアウトに廊下で清掃スタッフとすれ違っても挨拶も無く、安かろう悪かろうを体現したスタッフに唖然としました…以前はリーズナブルで快適だったので残念でした
