I am very very impressed by the impeccable hospitality by the crew members in this hotel. It’s green certified, so do expect the linens & toothbrush etc to be changed/replenished only on the 4th night. I love their reusable bottles, and free coffee! What was most impressionable was that they remember I had an ankle sprain, and the different shifts staff were kind to remember it and asked if I am ok. The ice pack loaned helped to reduce the swelling so much, I will hope to stay here again!!

The location is very close to Shinsaibashi Station and Shopping District. The lobby is cool, There are free refill facilities for drinking water and coffee, washing machine,. The bed in the family room is super big. Hopefully I can go back there again. Thank you

Great ambience hotel, great location. The room size is just okay. But the interior of this room is really amazing. It’s eco modern kind of theme. You can reach this hotel only by walking from Shinsaibashi Station. Near shopping and culinary area.

A lovely, very modern hotel with very welcoming staff. Rooms are a decent size for a Japanese city with a great shower. Ours was on the inside and so there was no view, but air con was very efficient. We hadn't booked breakfast but decided to buy it on the first morning - 2000¥ per person. A wide range of food hot and cold, European and Japanese... So we had it for the rest of our stay. Overall, The Flag made us very happy.

The staff were very attentive and accommodating. The hotel layout was good and really liked the shower setup. Did have difficulty finding the hotel since there are no visible signs large enough to be seen from the street. Would come back again.
