They are located at a desirable location which is within walking distance to major sightseeing places. They also have carpark space which travelers with their own car can take advantage of this. Staff are very nice and friendly. Rooms are not premium and are not large, but they are clean. Nothing to complain for such price.

Nice staff and they are willing to help. Clean room. 3-5 minutes walk from Matsumoto station, 7-11 walk for 1 minute.
But if you wanna wash your clothes, there are washing machine shop but so far for walk about 10 minute.
Finally, I would love to visit again.

Overall the room was a bit small. The sleeping area was fine for Japanese standards but the doorway/hallway and bathroom are cramped. The shower hose is combined with the sink faucet awkwardly and it's very hard to use the shower hose well. When I went to lay down on the futon, I saw a lot of hairs on the sheet. I don't think they were mine from when I set up the futon, although it's possible. Breakfast was fairly good, maybe a 4/5. Good variety of Japanese foods and all-you-can-eat.

Great service despite the language barrier. The room was decently sized by Japanese standards. A bit of rumbling of trains and the street could be heard within the room but not too disruptive. Overall good value; would recommend for those looking for a good balance between comfort and price.

It is a great hotel near both transportation (Matsumoto Highway bus terminal and JR Matsumoto station) and Matsumoto Castle. Offering non-smoking triple room options are not easy to be found around Japan, but it was one. It would be a good fit and economical one. I would return to this hotel if I have a chance to re-visit Matsumoto again.
