Great clean hotel and friendly staff. Walkable to Dotonbori area. Super convenient however the room is so small for a family of four. We heard ambulance noise at night I guess there is hospital nearby. So far good stay. Also they don’t provide room service except take away the trash and free water bottles.

Rooms were not cleaned daily. If you loose your room key they charge you 1000 Yen! A plastic card does not cost that. Breakfast was average at best - the coffee machine gives you half a cup of coffee. Everything was largely cold unless you were having a traditional breakfast, where portions were small. We asked for eggs and they tried to reheat cold ones. The egg yolk came out of the cooked egg (not sure what happened) I had to ask them to remake it but I shouldn’t have had to ask. The hotel does not offer sugar for tea in the room- apparently that’s too much for them, the kettle is only for noodles apparently. Everything seemed like a lot of effort and I wouldn’t want to stay in a place where my comfort which is pretty simple is too difficult. Never again.

Property was conveniently located to Dotonbori area, within 5 minutes walk. Next to the hotel was 7-11 store which we frequently stopped by for breakfast items, snacks and beverages. Taxi and Uber pickup locations were 1 minute walking distance. Various train stations were also 5-10 minute walking distance.

Hotel in great location. Staff friendly and helpful with looking after our bags. We liked the room and we were comfortable. However, we didn't get the best sleep due to the road noise. We stayed in a busy area but the windows could do with sound proofing. Also there's a kettle and cups but no spoons.
