Clean room and bathroom. Front desk staff were helpful during check in and when we stored our baggage after check out. There was a currency converter machine near the front desk which was helpful when trying to convert cash. Osaka JR station was an easy walking distance from hotel. There is also a metro station next by a Lawson that is a few steps walking distance from the hotel.

The hotel is well located in the city centre and the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was the smallest hotel room I’d ever stayed in. Limited space to store luggage, clothes and toiletries. The bin was so small and wasn’t emptied for the 3 days I was there. No other bins around the hotel. We used the laundry facilities - which were great but again the small bin there was over flowing. The terrace at the front of the hotel was a nice spot to sit with friends.

Great location near Osaka/Umeda Station, very convenient for sightseeing. Rooms are small but clean and comfortable, with everything you need. Staff were friendly and helpful. Good value for money—perfect for a budget stay in Osaka.
