Wow, such a great stay! The staff were friendly and accommodating. We had a baby bed cot set up in our room (as requested) and it fit like a puzzle near the bathroom - even in the small room. They also loaned us an electrical adapter when we realised ours didn’t fit.
The room was clean and the location was excellent. There was a bar fridge so we could put yogurt in it for breakfast for the toddler.
The hotel provide filtered water in the foyer.
Would be happy to stay at Ibis Osaka Umeda in future.

Great Japanese 3 star hotel located within walking distance of metro and airport bus transfers.
Made it easy to get around everywhere when we were visiting.

This was such a nice place to stay in while we were in Osaka! I liked how convenient the location was, the hotel even had an elevator go directly down to the underground malls/train stations! The hotel was comfortable and the beds and amenities were great!

My bathroom smell like sewage. Told them when we checked out and they only say “yeah we’ll check it just to get it over with. Small tiny room. Good and convenient area though

The location is very convenient as it is next to the subway and shopping areas. Service was excellent as staff speaks both Japanese and English. There is also the option of early check-in and late check-out.
Some of the facilities left more to be desired, however this hotel is advertised as budget. It also has poor soundproofing especially at night. Overall, very good hotel if you value convenience over facilities.
