Overall, the IBIS Hotel offers an excellent experience in every aspect, including location, cleanliness, and service quality. The front desk staff were especially professional, friendly, and helpful during both check-in and check-out. Special appreciation to Ms. Maya and Mr. Bishak (apologies if the spelling is incorrect) for their outstanding hospitality and support. Highly recommended.

The hotel is right in the center of Ginza neighborhood and within walking distance of all the best flagship shops. I enjoyed staying here very much and the staff here is super friendly and kind. They helped me with keeping items that I left behind the hotel and was extremely professional. My room was small but it had everything I needed for a 3 days stay here in Tokyo. Very clean and amazing value hotel for me! The air conditioning worked perfectly to warm me up in the winter time. I highly recommend anyone to check in at this hotel!

The staff were really friendly. I have arrived to Japan via a red eye flight, and I was lethargic from the flight in the morning. They gave me an early check-in due to room availability which is a nice gesture. On my last day, they have also kindly allowed me to have a late check-out at 12 noon. This allows me more time to head out to buy souvenirs. Daily room cleaning was great. Though the room is small, it is perfect for a solo traveller and I would recommend this hotel if anyone who just require a room to stay. The hotel is conveniently located between Ginza and Shimbashi Stations, and you can go to Disneyland or Shinjuku/Tokyo quite conveniently.

Right in the heart of all luxury stores. But room for 2 is very small. Five steps in is the bathroom and 5 more steps is your bed. Not worth $200 a night

I didn’t have high expectations but Ibis Styles Ginza has definitely impressed me. It is good value for money, the room is good size (not massive but with this price it is adequate for me as a solo traveller). The staff speaks good English and they have a convenient store just cross the road, and many restaurants nearby. I will definitely stay here again when I come back next time.
