The room was very comfortable, clean and fresh. There was a charging cable provided. The spa was excellent - well maintained, large, hot pools on two floors including the rooftop Onsen which was enjoyable. Nice toiletries at the spa. Enjoyed the mushroom tea from the lobby. Very close to Oita Station, take lift to level 8 to hotel lobby. Food easily accessible at Amu Plaza.

One suggestion is to make the signage more prominent to enable us to find the hotel.

Ease of access from train station. Room was big, the biggest one for our 15 nights trip in Japan. Sound proof was great as couldn't hear anything from the train tracks despite the distance. Breakfast was great. Wife loves the onsen facility. Highly recommended and will definitely be staying here in future trip!

a great hotel located in a convenience location. Walking distance from JR train station. Room is clean n big. Would be great if you can have an English name of the hotel at the ground floor entrance as it took us some time to find the hotel.

The staff at the check in counter were really helpful. One thing to note - you’ll need basic conversational Japanese to make conversations easier.
The pictures do little justice to how elegant the place really is. I was hesitant at first to book this hotel because it felt dated from the pictures. But I’m really glad I chose this hotel. In person, it was really elegant. I specially love the windows.

Hotel is in a building attached to a mall, supermarket, and railway station. There is a bar district in with multiple izakayas, karaokes, and clubs right down the street. 24h convenience store. There are bus stops and taxi waiting right outside. A location. There is an indoor and outdoor rooftop spa. Not the biggest spa but everything you need for fun and relaxation. Very clean. Would come again for the convenient location alone.

the location is very convenient as it’s right at the station, easy access to shopping center and food area. The hotel itself has hogh quality onsen, spa and saunas, so the price is worth every single cents spent.
Highly recommend to everyone and hope the hotel management maintains this level.

The location, service and cleanness is excellent! The hot spring on the rooftop is amazing and It is included in the stay! The only downside is the room is on the small side. Overall my stay was excellent!
