Amazing hotel in Ito - well decorated and great pool view from the lobby, spotless and comfy room with good onsen experience! The Kaiseki and breakfast was fabulous too!

温泉露天風呂付きのツインルームに２泊。客室が広く、風呂、トイレ、洗面所共にゆったりしたスペース。洗面所には流しが２つありそれぞれに大きな鏡がついていて良かった。清掃が行き届いていて客室だけでなく館内も清潔感がある。食事は、夕食に関して言えば
料理のレベルにばらつき？があるような印象を受けた。２泊目は非常に美味しかったが、最初の晩は料金からしたら、イマイチだった。モーニングビュッフェは種類が豊富でどれも美味しかった。伊豆ならではのニューサマーオレンジのババロア、金目鯛の味噌汁など特色あるモノがハ日替わりで並んでいて飽きない。特筆すべきはどのスタッフも非常に感じが良い。5つ星ホテルの高度にプロフェッショナルな接客態度とはまた違う、心からもてなしたい、客に心地良さを提供したいというハートが伝わってくる笑顔が気持ち良かった。さらにスタッフ全員がこの思いを共有しているように見えたのが素晴らしい。

食事のクオリティが高く、夕食、朝食ともに大満足でした。眺めもよく、プレミアラウンジでお酒とスナックをいただきながらゆっくりくつろげました。夜食(無料)の担々麺、濃厚ですが胃に優しいサイズで、創業者の心遣いを感じました。お土産も充実していて、チェックイン後、そしてチェックアウト時に追加で買いました。便利なシャトル送迎もあり、最初から最後までホテルで完結してしまうほど完璧な施設でした。

家族旅行で宿泊しました。
子供にも館内着やアメニティ、スリッパなどが用意されていて嬉しかったです。
まだ子供が小さいので貸切露天風呂を予約して家族で利用しました。
赤ちゃん時代も温泉は連れて行きましたが、2歳になったのでお外のお風呂をとても気に入って、その後大浴場も行きましたし、朝も朝風呂に入り、お風呂をとても楽しんでいました。
タオル類が更衣室に完備されていて、子供が行きたいと行った時そのままお風呂に向かえて良かったです。
お食事もとても美味しかったです。
偏食の子供が、いつもより多めのご飯をペロリと食べてくれました。中でも味噌漬けのカレイとおそうめんの入ったお吸い物と金目鯛の煮付けはものすごく気に入っていて、ご飯に青海苔をのせ煮汁をかけるおすすめの食べ方もよく食べていました。いつもなかなか口を開けてくれず、苦労するのですがひと口食べたら美味しかったのか自分から食べようとしていました。
美味しいお料理ありがとうございました。
子供にアレルギーがあるので伝えておいたのですが、とても配慮してくださっているのがこちらにも伝わりました。
朝食の時、置いてある離乳食は箱から出されており原材料が確認できず…久しぶりに食べるかも？と思っていたけどそれだけ残念でした。
普段は卵が入っていることが多く、食パン以外はあまり食べさせてあげられないのですが、小さなクロワッサンや豆乳ロールなど卵が入っていなかったので初めて食べさせることができました。
美味しかったみたいです。朝からパンやらうどんやらとろろご飯やら…朝から初めての食べ物を少しずつたくさん食べてくれてとても嬉しかったです。大満足のお食事でした。
次は連泊したいくらい良かったです。また利用したいと思います。ありがとうございました。

お部屋のお水はペットボトルではなく、ボトルでサーバからの持ってくるという、環境に配慮している点が素晴らしい。
お部屋も部屋風呂も清潔で掃除が行き届いていて快適でした。
21時からのサービス夜食の担々麺も美味しくいただきました。
プレミアムルーム以上はプレミアムラウンジで色々なお酒とナッツもいただけるのでそちらがおすすめです。

姉妹旅行でプレミアムツイン一泊2食付きプランを利用しました。
なんといっても到着時のロビーからの伊豆大島を眺められる景色(水盤テラス)でリゾート感が上がって大変感動しましたし、プレミアムルームにはビールやワインなどのドリンクやナッツ、チョコなどのスナックが持ち帰り可能で飲み放題だったので、すぐに部屋で乾杯出来て良かったです。
部屋も広くてベッドも寝心地が最高です。
このホテルのような、ビーチ沿いではないオーシャンビューのホテルもまた素敵だなと思わせてもらいました。
日中、室内露天風呂で、海を眺めながらのビールは非日常感を満喫できて最高でしたので、予算が許すならプレミアム以上のプランをおすすめします。
お食事面も大変充実していました。
夕飯は、匠海レストランでの懐石コース。見た目もボリュームも充分。茶碗蒸しとお造り、ステーキ、金目鯛の煮付けが美味しかったです。
更に感激なのは、夜鳴きそばとして担々麺が皆さん無料で22:30から頂けたこと。この担々麺が想像以上にクオリティが高くてこれが無料とはと驚きでしたので絶対おすすめです！
朝食バイキングもとても充実でした。特に、鯵のタタキのまご茶漬けや、干物など、伊豆ならではの海の幸の和食や、焼きたてフレンチトースト、スムージーなどが良かったです。
大浴場の露天風呂から伊豆大島が見えます。
但し、男女でお風呂が朝と晩で入れ替わるので、そこは2回入った方がいいかなと思います。
建物は低層ですが、横に広く、かなり館内は歩きます。広々した施設でした。
総じて、静かでゆったりとしたホテルで、また泊まりに行きたいと思います。
