It was pretty convenient it was really cheap had everything i needed in there but the soundproof was kinda bad it felt like i was in a room with whole bunch of people but other than the wall being thin i am very satisfied i liked the location so many supermarkets and convenient stores to go nearby and train station and bus stop nearby the staffs were nice it’s a simple place to stay i liked the area it was quiet and suburb but close enough to go to middle of the city as well closest busy area would be asakusa which i love

If you don't mind shared restrooms and showers, it's a perfect, cozy little spot in a cozy, quiet neighborhood with plenty of restaurants and stores while still close to the train station.

Very decent for the price. I stayed for a week and had no problems what’s so ever. This is a very quiet area though and it’s a little bit of a walk to minami senju station but this didn’t bother me too much. Would stay again!

Contra - no refund, too small room, stairs very steep and unsafe, no lift, u got to carry your luggage upstairs, shower for male have to go different level, toilet is dirty, laundry is dirty, inconvenient for people who have leg and knee problem, bed are small, mattress and pillow are smelly, business hours are limited, nobody will attend you when you call outside of business hours, confusing location, and long list to go..
Conclusion - I'm not happy and will never come back.

The train station is 1km away so be prepared to walk this distance every day but there’s a bus stop right in the corner.
The room is tiny, the 2 shared showers are on the second floor but I was assigned to the third floor. The stairs are narrow and the steps are small and tall which could be difficult for a person with bad knees.
Towels are available for a cost.
Each floor has shared restrooms.
Overall it was decent, I’ve stayed in worst places that charge more than this place so I would recommend it only if you don’t mind to exchange commodity for economy.

The owners are very nice, the hotel is very clean and well priced considering the cleanliness, the safety, the toilets and the reception provided. I really appreciate that the owners left the keys outside for me for my late check-in. If you are coming here for a few days I definitely recommend this hotel

It was alright but the only mirror was the one above the sinks in the communal hallway there is also no lift and a tight narrow winding staircase so if you have heavy suitcases it is not the best idea

We arrived at 9am hoping to drop off our luggage since we arrived way before check in time. There was no one at the lobby and the doors were locked. The hotel listing didn’t state that staff are only present at limited hours. We finally able to see someone after waited for an hour. The luggage storage area is just the hotel lobby which is accessible by all the guest. We felt insecure as there wasn’t even any staff at the front desk to keep an eye on our luggage.
The hotel should state clearly on the listing that it is shared bathroom. I have looked into other properties as well and other hotels would state that clearly. We felt like we got misled.

Wir hatten ein wirklich schönes Zimmer. Das Gemeinschaftsbad war sauber. Es gibt einige Restaurants und Supermärkte.
Für 2 Personen mit Gepäck ist es aber wirklich sehr sehr klein. Vielleicht sollte der Kühlschrank raus damit man die Möglichkeit hat sein Gepäck besser hinzustellen

Private room with fridge, TV and self controlled heat/air conditioning. Showers are 24hrs but there is also a private bath until midnight– great for soar muscles at the end of a long day of sightseeing. Station is about a 10-15 minute walk with more dining options around that area but around the hostel itself there are conbinis and a grocery store closeby. Microwaves are available but only until midnight, no kitchen space to do any actual cooking. Overall very good, I was on the last week of my trip so I really appreciated the private room
