Such a nice hotel and I'm glad I stayed here. Close distance to Shin-Osaka Station, got a konbini nearby, and spacious bedroom. Can ride Shinkansen from Shin-Osaka St. and just a few local train stops to Dotonbori.

The first thing that caught my eye is the cozy room. I chose the room with tatami and Shinkansen view, and it's so breathtaking! The breakfast is also top-notch, day by day they will change some of the menu so the food choice won't be boring. The hotel is also near Shin-Osaka station which I can easily get there by walking (it's easy for using Shinkansen or chikatetsu). The hotel is also near Lawson and there are beautiful flowers in each corner of the hotel, so pretty to look at!

I especially love the public bath and its breakfast. It is just about 5 mins walk from Shin Osaka Ststion, which is very convenient for those who will take Shinkensen.

1, spent too much time to do laundry. Two rooms for the laundry, unfortunately, some of the dryers didn't function well( spent 2 hours of drying, the clothes remained wet). No sinks provided at sites. The staff was called to help with those uncollected clothes after washing/drying, was not polite and inpatient. Poorly managed. 2, They provide daily room cleaning, changed towels, replaced tooth brushes, and collected trash. But They didn't clean the sinks, toilet seat and faucets though. 3, The breakfast only provides until 1030. Food varieties could be better. Not cheap, around 2800 yens.

The hotel was beautiful, and the breakfast was amazing. Always pay for the added breakfast option on Expedia! Also, we.got late checkout to 1pm at 2000¥ extra (1000¥ per hour), and that helped us because we had time to do sight seeing on our last day AND catch a shower because it was so hot and humid.

As a Family of 4 we booked a connecting room which was great for our 6day stay. Breakfast fantastic, lots of options and keeping us full all day. Large laundry space, clean rooms and helpful staff. Great location near the shin-Osaka train, lots of supermarkets and restaurants next door

Size of room was spacious as compared to other hotels. High tech way of checking if the washing machines/dryer are in use! Nice touch to have welcome drinks on 3F for hotel guests. Hotel staff were also helpful. There is a large supermarket and sports store within 5 mins walk from hotel. Lawsons is also just round the corner and about 7 mins walk to Shin-Osaka station.

This hotel was conveniently located across from the train station and near a convenience store. Our room was small, but very clean with separate toilet and shower areas. There was a wonderful welcome center on the third floor that offered a variety of drinks during the day which was an added benefit. The hotel also had many extra toiletries offered if needed. The staff was very friendly and helpful! We would definitely recommend!

Very well maintain hotel if you just need a place to stay. Located very close to Shin Osaka. We booked for 6 people and was given 2 rooms with 3 beds each which is nice. This hotel feels more like the American hotels instead of the traditional Japanese style hotel. We love the public bath house. Although, it was missing stuff like toothbrush, shaver, etc that can be gathered from the front desk on 2nd floor.
