We had a lovely last night in Tokyo here—it was our favorite stay of the trip.

We got adjoining rooms for 5 adults. The rooms were clean and spacious enough for all our luggage. The area was safe, quiet, and convenient for transportation to all of our Tokyo day trips. There were also a lot of food and shopping options nearby. We loved the lobby refreshments after a long day and the complimentary umbrellas when it rained. They also held our luggage for us on our last day so we could get some last minute sightseeing in. Great place, highly recommend!

Awesome location right next to the Tokyo Train Station. Lots of food and shopping all around. Our family of 5 was super comfy in a joining rooms. Highly recommend

This Hotel is located very convenient to the main Tokyo Station. only five minute walk. We couldn’t fault it. Friendly and helpful staff. Generous room, clean, well appointed, quiet, great bed , great shower. Breakfast a bit limited, but drink and snacks available in foyer in the evening which was very welcomed. would stay again in a heart beat. Thank you Karaksa Hotel.

Nice but expensive for a basic hotel. No onsen as indicated when booking.

Hotel is very close to Tokyo Station (about 5 minute walk), so was good for a one night stay after our 12 hour flight before heading to Hiroshima by Shinkansen. The room was small, but adequate, with a king sized bed, small bathroom. Windows faced adjacent building a few feet away. Electric kettle in room, but no coffee supplies. There is a cafe about a block away with good coffee and some bakery items.

We stayed in a Japanese Room for the experience. Totally recommend trying it out. Very convenient and close to Tokyo station. We took the limousine bus to and from Haneda Airport and it dropped us off at Tokyo Station stop. The stop is 2-3 minute walk to the hotel. Many great restaurants close by too

Room was clean, location was great but its WAY TOO SMALL!!! By far the smallest room of our entire trip in Japan. If you're a 6ft plus individual, beware. You have to open the shower doors to even use the toilet, the room is that small. Not where to open a suit case, just beware

Hotel was great-comfortable beds and great location! The food was very mediocre, voucher didn't go very far for the second day
