The hotel is located about a 5-minute walk from the west exit of Sapporo Station. Having worked part-time at the Keio Plaza Hotel in Shinjuku during my student days, I'd always wanted to stay there, and I finally made it happen – it was absolutely fantastic! I stayed for two nights and three days. On the first day, I arrived a little early due to work. After leaving my luggage and taking care of some errands, I waited in the lobby for the 3 PM check-in time. A hotel staff member approached me and said, "It's a little early, but your room is ready, so please come in." I was able to check in a little early, and my luggage had already been taken to my room. These little thoughtful touches are so appreciated. The room was spacious enough, and of course, impeccably clean. The amenities were plentiful, including slippers, toothbrush, shampoo, body soap, conditioner, razor, and shower cap – I was very satisfied! It was very quiet, and I was able to relax completely during my stay. Another thing worth mentioning is the breakfast buffet. Not only was there a wide variety of food, but I was also able to enjoy dishes unique to Hokkaido. It was so delicious that I ate until I was completely full! (lol) They also had a takeaway coffee service in the room, which was a nice touch. I was completely satisfied! I would love to stay there again if I have the chance.

The sofa was rather uncomfortable to seat for long period. Hope they will replace it with better sofa. The one in my room 1013, the bottom material is torn. Should have extra pillows for each bed excluding the small hard cushions provided. Also wished that the hotel would include more English channels example like HBO or Netflix. The only channel that’s English is BBC if I’m not wrong. Other than the above, nothing much I can negatively speak of Keio Plaza Hotel Sapporo. We had good comfortable nights in the 4 days we stayed. The staff were very friendly, helpful and smiling from start to end of our stay. Facilities were ample. We had their buffet breakfast on our last day as it was customary of our stays in all the hotels that has breakfast. It was good.

Love the lounge for premium room. The only suggestion i have for hotel is to change sleep pajama to thinner material. The current one feel a little thick Other than that, love this hotel and will recommend it to other travellers

Front desk was amazing. We arrived before check in time and left the luggage with them and went out exploring. When it was time to check-in, they had already sent the luggage to our room:) They were also very helpful in explaining about the shuttle bus. Breakfast buffet was the same everyday, and there was an option for a set meal at a Japanese restaurant too.
