Rooms were clean, they can be kind of small for 2 people but if you have a full schedule planned it's no big deal! Staff were super helpful and having a laundry room was super helpful. Thank you!

Compact room with just enough space and a cute bathroom with a surprise penguin friend to welcome us! Although housekeeping is only once every 4 days, they offer fresh changes of towels delivered in a bag on your door each day unless you indicate it isn’t necessary. The free drinks selection in the lounge are excellent and the meal vending machines are decent quality. For the location, staff, services, and amenities, this is an excellent and convenient hotel. Definitely would come again!

Laundry very convenient. However houses Ice machine/ water station and I worry about the airborne lint/ health aspect Staff all wonderful. Manager Michibayashi was exceptional. Break room with free drinks was very welcome. Would return quite happily, Thank you. Arigato.

Great hotel with nice lounge area with microwaveable food from vending machine (i didn't try any of it though), free (coffee/tea, soft) drink area. Helpful staf answered our questions. Behind the hotel was a 7-11 and a small park with cherry blossoms blooming since it was March. Very close to shopping and eating areas and Sunshine city, safe area. When you arrive, the front desk is located on the B1 floor and only stairs lead to it but, luckily, they have a step-free entrance but it needs a key. You have to call them on the intercom first but they will come up to meet you, just tell them you would like to use the elevator and they will lead the way, but that is not specifically said anywhere. Laundry: Had three coin washer/dryer units; Dryer isn't strong as the U.S. so probably need to run it 2+ times. I did find this hotel a bit far from the main station; Ikebukuro is a BUSY and HUGE station with many exits, so maybe have your luggage delivered to the hotel, if you have big suitcases. May be about 13-15 minutes to the Ikebukuro Station, also is a subway nearby. I didn't have any issues with the walk but I was with family that had a hard time walking, which made it a bit difficult. There is another hotel up the Street under the same company with similar sounding name, so make sure you have the correct name. Would recommend, if you don't mind walking a bit to the station. But close to airport pick-up bus stop.

This was one of the best hotels I have stayed in. The cleanliness, the service - everything was perfect. This is my first time in Tokyo so thank you for making this experience just as great.

Room is very clean. Dining area is very clean too. Lots of free amenities. Stayed for a week and loved it. Hotel smelled good the whole time. Bathroom was clean as well. Very friendly and attentive staff. Easy got get in and out using hotel card. Very cozy and comfortable bed and comforters. Can use airplay in TV.

Staff are very efficient and courteous. The lounge area is nice with complimentary drinks. Room is small which is a normal norm, I found a disposable sleeper under the bed though, so i don’t know how their cleaning staff miss that when they cleaned our room before we check in. Otherwise I am happy to stay again.

The location is a bit off, which takes 10-15mins walks to the train station. Room is very small. But other than these, the hotel is great!

Very clean and quiet. We especially loved the sitting area on the first floor with free pop and coffee. It gave us another place to be when we got home from a full day. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and the washroom was also lovely. I’d stay again.

Really enjoyed staying here, hotel was clean, quiet and conveniently located. Would stay again!

Positives: - Bed and pillows were very comfy and the double bed was worth it. - Drink bar was convenient and had good options. - 5 minute walk to Sunshine City Mall which also serves as an airport bus stop. Negatives: - It’s advertised as a 10 minute walk from Ikebukuro Station but is inaccurate. The station is very large and getting in and out of it can be confusing, adding 5-10 minutes of extra travel time. Can be tiring after a long day out. - Room had visible stains on walls and floor, and was very dusty in certain spots, such as behind the TV and behind the bed. - Odd sewage smell that came from the sink. - Size was above average for a room in Tokyo, but could really use at least another table or chair to place things on. - AC is only available in summer and heater is only available in winter. I came in April, and there were a couple of warmer nights where being able to use the AC would’ve been nice.
