It was a nice hotel before heading to the airport the next day. It’s in walking distance to restaurants and convenience stores. Parking is a bit tight. Overall, it’s a bed and shower … nothing fancy but do you really need more for one night.

Hotel's free shuttle to New Chitose airport (after check-out) was an unexpected surprise. It left right on time, just like the country's trains. It got us there in about 15 mins. Saved a lot of travel headaches. The front desk staff's English was limited and my Japanese is even worse, but we managed to communicate ok. Hotel should consider using a language translation device as I have seen in other hotels and carcrental outlets.

The vibe of this hotel is a little like an old prison converted into a hotel , shower ceiling so short you have to bend over to fit , hallway smells of mold , neighborhood around the hotel has vacant lots and no restaurants or shops . Motel 6 is a huge step up from this hotel

We arrived before check in and the hotel offered to hold our luggage for us so we could explore Chitose without something rolling behind us. Then when we checked in, the staff put our luggage in our room! What a surprise and such a kind thought. Breakfast offered a lot of local favorites with a variety of choices. Thank you to all the hotel staff for your helpfulness and warm smiles.

Walkable from the train station (which was handy as there were no taxis from airport). Great to have 'shuttle bus' to airport. Breakfast overpriced. Room small but priced well.
