More than we ever expected! Everything was thought out, ameneties are provided (toothbrush, toothpaste, hairbrush, q-tips, wipes, skin care, etc) Breakfast was safe as a person with peanut/nut allergies, every allergen is identified, made life easier. Staff is so kind and nice. They held out luggage after checking out. We took a free shuttle offered by the hotel to get to Kawaguchiko station. Very helpful,

We are extremely mesmerizing! Stay here at Konansou is the best experience. The hospitality, the view, the staff are perfect. We choose room with private onsen & Mt. Fuji view. Very relaxing, we take a dip at night while the weather was cold. And we take a dip in the morning with Mt. Fuji view. Amazing! Room was very spacious and well prepared. We can wear yukata around the hotel. Breakfast wad delicious, many variant of food were served. And Konansou is really kids friendly, there is yukata for kids, kids chair at the restaurant, kids menu for breakfast. Some trick: there is a hotel shuttle from & to Kawaguchiko Station. All you need to do is go to tourist information and ask about the shuttle. They will call the hotel to pick you up. Very recommended!

It was very traditional and rooms were spacious. Onsen was great and rooftop viewing and foot spa was a noce touch. Breakfast Buffet was fantastic. Staff were helpful and kind.

Really great hotel with one of the best mt fuji view. They will pick you and drop you off at train station. We had dinner packages included and it was amazing. Staffs are really helpful and friendly. Breakfast buffet was really great too. Highly recommended it.

Konansou was nicely located, with a beautiful view of the lake from our room. We loved the complimentary shuttle service to Kawaguchiko station. It was very convenient. Just need to ask at the information center for pick up on initial arrival and they will call the hotel for you. The hotel itself is not the newest but it was very clean. The staff were all very respectful and eager to help. We had the traditional Japanese style room with private onsen and lake view. We enjoyed it but still booked a private onsen experience to get Mt Fuji views. That was a good decision. We also did the half board and stayed for 2 days. The kaiseki dinner was incredible and we are glad that they serve different meals for each day. The breakfast was mostly the same though, but they have a variety of food to choose from. Our attendant, Rai was very friendly and did his best to explain our dinner to us despite the language difference. Lastly, they have a foot bath on the top floor and you can have a full view of Mt. Fuji up there. Overall, we are very pleased with our ryokan experience and highly recommend it to everyone.
