Would not recommend this stay. Maybe if you were stranded and didn’t have too many other options

Good location. TV didn’t work and charging outlet was loose . Checking in took a minute since you have to video verify

Old soiled futon bed and blankets in bottom of closet. ______________ Bed mattress was horribly indented in the middle. ______________ "Bath towel" was like a cover of some sort and did not absorb water well, and other hand towel looked like a used cleaning towel. Bathroom door was stuck and rubs against the wall frame too much.

Room was not as described. Definitely not like the pictures posted. I did not stay there during my time. They refused to refund me even when asked nicely. Horrible staff.

I stayed 9 nights here. One of the main selling points to me was that there was a washer and dryer in the room. These proceeded to be broken and instead replaced with a sign saying that I had to pay for a change of towels. I asked about getting new towels without a charge since I’d be there so long and was never informed of the broken equipment prior to getting there. The staff told me that would work and he’d be by the next day with towels. He never came back. You have to pay for parking, the tv remote was broken and I had reached out to the property about a change in reservation nearly two weeks prior to staying and they never got back to me. Overall not great. If you’re wanting to be near the water there are much closer, better hotels. I do not recommend staying here.

The beds were comfortable; the sleeping mats were not. Yet, the location is conveniently located and the check in is easy. The dryer was not functional so we were unable to dry our rain soaked clothes but this did not dampen our spirits. It was overall a great spot to stay.

The room was clean and I lived the shower design

Location was good. A lot of restaurants to eat out, and seaway is nearby. But there was not closet or drawers at all. No place to hang anything so live out of your suitcases!. It was nice having washing machine but no working dryer had to use coin laundry nearby and no fresh towels. There is small but functional kitchen to use that was good

DO NOT stay at this property. First, there is not a check in desk. When you get there, you have to call a phone line and someone walks you through check in. There is no one there in person. Trying to get to the room, the elevator was so small that we could not fit together with our luggage. We get to the room and it was TINY. There are no outlets in the “bedroom” to plug in a phone charger or more importantly, my husband’s medical equipment and there is no night stand. This room stated that it sleeps 4 people with 2 twin beds and 2 futons but that is not true. The 2 futons are pads on the floor, which is traditional for Japan but there is NO space in the living area to fit them. The couch was small, filthy, with holes. The bedding looks like some mismatched stuff you pulled from your grandmother’s closet and the pillows were beyond thin. When you go to the closet to get more pillows you will find dirty, with what appeared to be blood stained, pillows. The washer and dryer in the room is out of order and after reviewing the photos online you can see this in one of the pictures but apparently they have not gotten around to fixing this and still advertising as working washer and dryer in room. We left immediately and went to a Hilton. If you think since you are checking out you will get your money back, you would be wrong! The property management refused to give us any money back. If you think Expedia as a major company will help protect you, again you would be wrong!

It was really quiet and had a good amount of room to organize luggage. The separate door to the bedroom made it easier to work while traveling. The small kitchen area was perfect for our quick stay. It was one of my favorite stays in Okinawa.

I liked how convenient the property was. It was easy to check in and check out. The dryer wasn’t working, but it’s okay. The elevator was not in service when it was time to check out, but the owner let us stay longer in the room until the elevator was fixed. Overall great stay! Great location.

Totally unusable. It is clean but completely unusable. If you need a roof over your head I’d say it’s better than staying outside but you can’t use this for a vacation. They made no effort to make this usable for actually staying there. It has a bed and a washer but no dryer no option to hang any wet beach stuff. It has a balcony thst is maybe big enough to put your shoes outside. They could make much more out of this.

Best cheap hotel in Okinawa!

Really nice but why we need to give all our passport’s and you knew passport is sensitive this is our personal stuff. The person set our booking it’s already given the info . That’s all we don’t like

I’m from America so I’ve never seen a hotel like this before. It was really nice!

Place was a little dirty for my taste. At least the guys working there were really cool and good at communicating with us!

The rooms were dirty, the in room dryer was out of order, strong sewer smell coming through the drain.

The proper was clean and quiet, so that is important for me. They do not replenish any of the toilet papers, paper towels, trash bags, soaps, etc.... so be prepared to do that. I asked for some and they did not respond...which is why it was a 4-star. All other communication was good. The parking was a bit tight if the neighboring property guests had larger cars... but as long as you are comfortable backing in from the street, you are fine. The reason why I gave it a 4-star for cleanliness is because they had unused futons in the closet floor with a hand written sign saying "not for customer use".... ...we had to move it... and it turned out to be soiled futons, with blood and other stains all over it. At least the property owners should have them moved to an office space; as that is not something guests want to find in their living space. All in all... it was worth the cost, for location, and it being quiet and safe place to be.

Mango resort staff have terrible response times & not to mention the power randomly went out and they did not bother to check on any of the units once power was restored. Resulting in me having to bath myself & my child in almost ice cold water due to the water heater not being reset for 4 days. I emailed them about the problem & got 0 response. It took having to use the phone downstairs for him to come and even after fixing the issue barely any apology. On the last day I ended up having an emergency and requested a late check out while I handle the issue amongst trying to switch hotels and was told that I would have to pay 1000¥ extra for just 1 hour. Which is standard but not after the inconvenience of having to take military style showers with a 2 year old for several days. I was told I would not be refunded anything for the inconvenience and that I would need to check out by 10am to avoid any extra charges. The room also lacked basic kitchen ware like knife, cutlery, and had a swiffer but no cleaning materials to pair with it. The only plus was that it has a full washer & dryer in the unit which made for quick and easy washing of clothes. It’s overall in a great neighborhood as well. Close to schools, dining, & conbini/grocery store. Fantastic area, terrible hotel with awful service. It appears the gentleman running the establishment works alone and could use more staff but is too cheap to hire anyone and refuses to accommodate for his shortcomings. Stay elsewhere

We loved staying at this property! Everything was clean and in order. All amenities were in great working order. I would request a small dust pan or broom to be available in the room as my small children had crumbs. Otherwise this was an amazing stay! Would highly recommend to anyone!
