Marroad Inn Hanno

The staff are friendly, the location is fine, though a bit tough to find. However the hotel itself is quite old. The carpet in the room needs a massive cleaning or replacement. Walls are a bit thin. It has accumulated a lot of unpleasant stains, even though I know the room staff have tried their best to clean it. For those new to Japan, please note that this inn operates in the style of a traditional Japanese inn. Therefore, you will be asked to "return" the room key to reception every-time you leave the hotel. It is not required if you really prefer to keep it, but it is the preferred custom. This allows them also to know when they are able to offer room service and clean the room. Alternatively, if you want to keep the key, just let the staff in reception know that you would like room service (there is no "room service" sign to put on your door).

The last station of the Seibu line is Hanno, then you have to take a local train to Higashi Hanno which is less frequent. Other than this inconvenience, it is quiet, there are a supermarket, coin laundry, Seven Eleven, and some traditional spots.

ホテル環境は快適でした。朝食が美味しかったです。

施設は古いですが、清潔感もあり心地よく過ごせます。 ホテルマンの皆さんも丁寧にご対応頂けました。 コンビニは徒歩5分、飯能市街の飲食店までは徒歩15分くらい。

自販機が少ない冷蔵庫駄目朝食味噌汁煮詰まり過ぎ飲めたもんじゃ無い。部屋にコバエがいた

到着が、遅い時間でしたが、２４時間フロントに人が居るので問題無くチェックイン出来ました

スタッフの対応はとても良かった

また泊まりたいと思いました

受付の対応は良く、部屋もきれいでした。

駅からは徒歩6分程の距離です。1人で連泊利用でしたが、ゆっくり過ごすことが出来ました。施設はそれなりの年数が経っており、アメニティやリネンなども普通ですが、料金がお安目だったので良かったです。

ちょっと古いけど普通のホテル。

チェックインの際のスタッフの対応は丁寧で素晴らしかったです。駅に近く、ビジネスホテルとして十分満足できました。また機会があれば利用します。

1泊ですが、きちっと対応して頂きました。

結婚式場だけあって朝食美味しいです。 駐車料金だけで1000円前後変わってくる ので選ぶポイント高いかな。 後、スタッフの対応もかなりいいと思います。

古い建物で広い部屋ではないが、清潔感があり過ごしやすかったです。 ただ車を何処に停めたらいいか分かりづらかったです。

猛暑なのにエアコンは暖房。ありえない。エアコンをつけずに窓を開けても　暑くて眠れなかった。 スリッパが汚れていた。 フロントが予約の時点から変で、行ってからも全然駄目だった。

仕方なく喫煙の部屋予約しましたが、フロアの廊下、部屋全てタバコ臭くもう嫌でした

雪模様だったため一杯だった駐車場で困っていたらすぐに大型用スペースを空けてくれ、停滞無く駐車が出来た。部屋は広くは無いが清潔でアメニティーも整っており快適な一夜を過ごせた。
