Minn Shin-Osaka

The room and hotel were clean. The room had laundry facilities and a very small kitchenette. The main reason for the poor rating related mainly to the comfort of the room. The beds were like sleeping on the floor, not even a firm futon, but a concrete floor. The 2 seater sofa was equally as hard. The apartment style hotel had no staff onsite and communication was exceedingly difficult. it was in an exceptionally convenient area though and quiet considering the location.

Great location and hotel room had everything we needed for a family of four with 2 teenagers. We had the quadruple room (2 bunk beds) which was great. Had a great holiday & would definitely stay again.

Definitely not as foreign language friendly as other stays. We got access to a website translated to English with all the appliance manuals, but all the manuals were in Japanese with no translations. As well as the buttons around the unit. Also, there is no way to view television without signing into one of your accounts and many do not allow over seas logins so we had to screencast or use YouTube to view anything. It was very clean and I really appreciated the washer, but was not prepared for no drying option. With the rain it was difficult to hang dry. But overall we enjoyed the size of the room very much, and it was a generous amount of space for two people.

Great property

We had the Quadruple room which had the bunkbeds for all 4 of us. My kids LOVED IT. The beds were comfortable and the room had everything we needed. We will definitely stay here again. If you book early, you will get a good deal.

Self served hotel

The hotel is basic but works. I had booked the quadruple room with the 2 bunks but the beds were not very comfortable. The comforter was plush and nice but the mattress was super thin and firm. We actually took one mattress from the top bunk and doubled up one of the lower beds to help with back pain in the morning. The walls are pretty thin and you can hear everyone walking above you. Other than those 2 things, it's a decent room. It's nice having the kitchenette. Location is great, closer to the train station, family mart and restaurants. There's baggage locks in the lobby to store your bags after check out if needed.

Room was comfortable with double bunk beds for 4 adults. Great to have a washer and dryer with detergent. Great location.

Room was clean and hotel was easily accessible to the Shin-Osaka train station (less than 5 minute walk).

Great location. Entering was a little challenging at first, but you learn how to do it. Room was great. No complaints.

The room was spotless! Checkin was easy and the room was perfect. Location excellent! 10/10 Will definitely come back to stay on our next trip.

Good living with confort at an affordable price during November. Other than being little narrow rooms for walking freely, and bathroom door broken (while I checkds in and during the stay), everything worked out for someone planning to stay near the station (5 min walk).

A rather unique setup in terms of its checking in and out and the apartment is very well designed in which you can do a bit of cooking if you wanted to. There’s a washing machine in the apartment which is very convenient for the guests to use too. Great location and pleasant environment.

Convenient and good but I kinda miss a real hotel lobby and staff. Got used to it though

It's minutes away from Shin-Osaka station, restaurants close by. Checking quite complicated. Two tablets to be used, first the left one with QR code and second one to call somebody to confirm!!!

Great time
