Great location(only a block away from the Tsijiki market, banks, Family Mart/Loblaw) ,friendly staffs,the facility is clean and new. There's a washer/dryer machine in the room, which is very convenient! Would stay at this place again.

Loved this property! I looked forward to the onsen everyday after miles of walking. The hotel was clean, comfortable, a great location, and the breakfast was delicious. I will definitely be back! Thank you to the staff!

Our room felt new and it was very clean. The shower cubicle was spacious and modern. We chose a room with a washer/dryer and that was very convenient. The hotel is close to subway stops and easy walking to the Imperial Palace. The reception and restaurant staff were welcoming and polite. We are very glad we chose this hotel. Only negative for us is that we were charged for early check in - we arrived around 12.20 for a 3pm check-in after an overnight flight from London and, although our room was ready, we had to pay around £30 extra to get into our room early. We could have said no but we were keen to shower before heading out. When we arrived in Kyoto, also a 3pm check in, the hotel there (not a Mitsui) offered us our room early as it was ready for no extra cost.

Staff super helpful and friendly. Close to several stations, fish market, shops, Lawsons. Comfy bed, ok pillows, good shower. Washing machine, dryer and fridge and unexpected bonus.

This hotel was amazing!!! The washer / dryer in the room is soooo handy. All the hotel staff was so helpful. The hotel is 30mins from the airport but also right in the city, I will come back to this hotel for sure!

The room was very comfortable. It was spacious for two people. I liked the amenities in the room, especially the washing/drying machine. I also liked the breakfast. The food was very good.
It’s very accessible, with two train station in 5-10 mins of walking distance. There is also a Lawson’s close by which is very convenient. I would recommend this hotel to my friends.

So clean and close to train stations. Extremely friendly staff. The washer & dryer in the room allowed us to pack light. Water pressure in the showers was incredible. Will stay here again and recommend to my friends.
