Great stay! We loved the location, close by subway lines, with good restaurant choices around. The hot bath at the 16th floor was also amazing. Highly recommended.

Nice hotel, very close to the train station within the Yamanote Line only 4 minutes from the hotel to the Gotanda train station. The room is quite spacious, easy to access everywhere, there is a small cafe Saison near the hotel for coffee. If I go to Tokyo again I will stay here👍🏻

Good location (near JR and subway station by walk) the hotel is close to Remmy department store. It is easy way to find something to eat and drink at night. Nice rooms and comfortable in everything. Good spa and sauna. I will come back to stay here again when I visit Tokyo.

The rooms were clean and the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel was close to everything. Travelling with our older kids was easy since they could jump onto the train and go anywhere with ease.

The breakfast menu was very limited versus other Mitsui garden inns. No fresh fish, limited Japanese side dishes, only omelets with no option to get prepared other ways, etc. staff was not very friendly. I did not want to ask for help. Too grumpy. I would not buy breakfast next time.

Beautiful hotel and it was a plus that a onsen was included. The room was large and had enough space for two people and 4 suitcases. The location was also really good, only a few blocks from the train station and only a few stops from major tourist locations. Additionally they had two onsen, one inside and one outside. I would definitely stay here again.

Our stay at the Mitsu garden hotel and Gontanda was exceptional!!! This hotel was very accommodating. The rooms are very clean and the staff is very kind. Having a spa in the hotel was amazing. The breakfast was also great. I would definitely book with this hotel again.
