The hotel is newly refurbished. The bed is very nice to sleep . Very strategic location. Get out from Nippombashi Station Exit 6 then walk for around 100m to reach the hotel. Walking distance to Dotonbori Glico Man sign and also Shinsaibasi shopping street.

great location; excellent wifi; attentive staff and excellent customer care; the reason for not getting 5 stars are the lack of aircon control and the room we stayed in was hot despite the winter weather. The management provided a small electric fan to appease us. The size of the room is not ideal for couples.

Overall a great stay. Besides the lobby smelling like cigarettes I’m sure it could be a smoking optional hotel. The lobby is completely self check in and self checkout. The breakfast buffet was great, huge selection of food and drinks. Would highly recommend booking the breakfast when staying totally worth it! Location was convenient for transportation and tourist attractions! Good price.

Great place to stay. Friendly and helpful staff. They checked me in and out expeditiously and held my luggage after I checked out abd did some last minute meandering. Near dotonbori and walking distance to train lines and plenty of good eating spots. Breakfast buffet has lots of options. They even have a smoking room in the lobby so you dont have to leave the hotel property to try and find a legal place to smoke.
