Excellent clean hostel. Cheap laundry, lots of showers and washrooms, big "pods" for sleep. Would highly recommend.

My reservation didn’t include breakfast however I went down to the restaurant with intention to pay for it - only to be told it was “sold out” (while 1/2 the restaurant was empty). This happened three times in a row before I gave up. No explanation, no apology. I was traveling solo, so it’s not like I would drain the buffet dry. Cleanliness is good and staff is friendly enough. Bed was super uncomfortable. I’d probably look at an alternative if I were to stay in Matsuyama again.

Typical business hotel. The only thing that bothered me was the bed base cover was nasty. Look like blood stains all over it. I will jot be staying there in the future.
