Great staff and new property. But it’s not convenient to get to the airport terminal - needed to take JR train for one station to the airport terminal.

The fact that it's attached to the train station is so convenient, the staff are amazingly friendly and there is a pleasure and shopping outlet within a 10 minute walking distance.

Hotel is on the mainland at the end of the causeway to Kansai Airport a shuttle bus to the airport is included which was handy. I used this hotel as I had an early flight & was convenient rather than travel from Osaka 45 mins away by train.the room was bigger the the average Japanese hotel room ,is multi storey higher floors have no traffic noise

Stayed here the night before my morning flight. Self service if you want to store your luggage before hand. Shuttle bus to the airport is good. Will stay here again next time.

The area was great and the train station was close by. The customer service was not so great and they couldn’t provide a taxi cause we had 6 bags and 3 people. I asked for a minivan and they said no and just stared at us.

We wanted a hotel close to the airport as we had an early flight. The shuttle bus to the airport is a big plus! The staff were friendly and we had a good night's rest. Would stay here again!

Very near to Rinku town station. They allow us to checkin about 10 or 15 min before actual checkin timing. Free upgrade to a corner room which is much bigger. Recommended.
