BEWARE in general, especially of mosquitos. We had to leave the main building and transfer to a “new building” and got eaten alive on the 30-second walk over. Outside sure, I get it, but mosquitos were also in our room and we were bit while sleeping. This “new building” also looked and smelled older than the initial building we checked in at. And by the apparent blood squished into the wall, we’re not the only ones who have had the mosquito issue. The small twin room is SMALL. Pictures do not do it justice. Overall it is old, feels icky, and is not worth the little money it cost. Mold on the shower curtains, dirty walls, the list goes on.

This was a decent stay with some good points and a few areas for improvement. The onsen was a nice feature, though it wasn’t fully operational during my visit in the middle of summer. A cold onsen would have been a fantastic addition to contrast with the hot summer weather. The staff was very helpful and communicated everything clearly with printouts, making it easy to understand the facilities and costs despite the language barrier. However, the parking cost was quite high, which felt excessive given the somewhat remote location. It would have been much better if parking was included for guests, especially since driving is a more practical option for this area. The decor had a charming, old-school vibe, but some areas could use updating. For example, the air conditioning was dripping water, so a bit of maintenance is needed. That said, considering the price compared to other options in the area, it was still a pretty good value overall. I’d recommend it for business travelers who don’t mind the parking cost and are looking for a reasonably priced stay with an onsen!

Conveniently close to Osaka Intex

Fabulous property that features a great onsen bath facility along with sauna and outside foot bath. The only problem with this property is that it is a healthy walk from public transportation. It is convenient to INTEX as I was here for the marathon. INTEX is about a block away. There is also no other shops and restaurants in the area except for a Family Mart and a 7-11 near the station. The property has a buffet breakfast which I did not try but is available.

インテックス大阪で仕事があったので宿泊しました。インテックスまでは至近距離です。しかしながら周りにレストランなど食事をする場所は皆無です。ファミリーマートが唯一あったので毎日ファミリーマートでした。スタッフは親切で色々おしえてくれますがタクシーは来ませんのでお急ぎの方は事前に対策を練られた方が良いと思います。

Optimum for a business traveler, best price in the area

買い物が不便でしたが大阪万博会場に近いのでよかったです

ランドリールームの横の部屋でした。夜中じゅう、洗濯機回ってました。

通常は、学生向けなどの研修施設。市内からも遠い。など万博後にはどんな方が利用するのかは想像できないけれど。研修施設としてなら、普通に利用されるのでは。

特に問題なく使えました。大浴場が思ってたより、広く快適でした。 フロントにコンビニの地図が置いてあり、5分ほどの距離にあり便利でした。部屋着のとり忘れがあり、部屋においてくれてたらなーと思いました。部屋は狭いですが、普通のビジネスホテルでした。

格安ホテルという感覚なので交通機関がすくないのでしょうが、それにしてもバスの連絡がすくない様に感じます。 それよりは、2日～5日まで連泊しましたが 2日は2名、3-4日は4名で泊まりました。 3・4日連泊のはずで鍵を預けただけだったのに 4日返ってきたら別の部屋になります；と言われたため 驚きました。かなり確認に時間がかかり変更無しであることがわかりましたがシステム上でも同じ人が2日連泊でとったらわかる様にならないものですか？ せめて連絡事項などで対応いただけると助かります。

スタッフの方は、日本語が少したどたどしい感じでしたが、とても感じの良い対応でした。エレベーターの周りにゴミとともに折りたたみ机が放置されたように置いてあったり、最初に部屋に入るときに、すでに鍵が空いていてドアロックのバーで半開きになっていたり、最初はちょっと不安な感じがしましたが、宿泊中は困ることはありませんでした。ありがとうございました。

値段もお手頃で大浴場があって良かったです。 ただスタッフが外国人で、少し難しい言葉を使うと時間がかかったので常に１人は日本人を待機させてもらうと良かったかと思いました。

新館１と新館２か忘れたけど、一部屋根がなかった。 雨が降っていたので、濡れました。

泊まるだけなら…なんとか。 徒歩圏内には便利施設がほとんどない。 合宿施設って感じ。
