Clean room, kind staff, hand made breakfast

Comfortable stay. The place is clean and easy to find. Note that the shower room is located nearby the common area. The room has its own toilet and washing sink.

This was my first time staying at a Pension and it went wonderfully. My reservation was the room for two futons including a private bathroom. The room and facility are very clean. The hosts and owner are friendly and welcoming. Breakfast in the morning was perfect. I will be back again!

Arrived and people were friendly and helpful but information on what was provide and available was poor to misleading A fee was charged for having a dog with us yet nothing was provided no cushion to sleep on no tray for her business Then we were told if we wanted a bath towel additional charge of 100 Yen Facilities like the microwave was available but could not even make scramble eggs in. Toilet barely worked and we had to add additional water to flush Bed was very hard and many bugs found the overall cleanliness was poor On the upside the breakfast was substantial enough to last well into the day Sorry One Star

It was clean, well kept, and felt nice to stay in. The owner and his family were all amazing, friendly, and homely people.

Nice and slience. The owner's very kind. Can talk english with them, but It's more helpful when you can speak japanese. It was hot when I come and air conditioner was not good, so room was quite hot. The breakfast was fresh and good.

Small B&B with limited rooms. Nice location after one day visiting Furano, and planning to go Biei the next day.

The room was a little small for our family of four (two adults and two young children) and there were some misunderstanding of the booking as I thought we had booked for four people, but were informed by the host that the booking did not include the children. We paid on the spot for the children’s beds and breakfast, which was no fuss but probably information on Expedia could have been clearer. The breakfast was good for adults (egg over lettuce, (steamed?) potatoes, small sausage) but our children didn’t really take theirs in the end except for the sausage and toast. There wasn’t much space in the room for our luggage and there was a tight staircase up to the room so we would advise travelers to travel light. We bathed in the external bathrooms in the annex building as the main building’s were under reno. It wasn’t an issue though. Overall, still a pleasant stay.

Good place to stay Host was very friendly and breakfast was very good!!

長距離の運転で布団が心配でしたが、清潔でふかふかの布団がとても良かったでした。 お部屋の洗濯も干せる様になっていて3泊とても過ごしやすかったでした。 朝食は旬の地産を出して頂いてとても美味しかったです♪

朝食のパンや野菜が非常に美味しいですよ！地場の材料で保存料などを使用していないパンなどを頂けるのは有り難いです。

とても親切にしていただき感謝でした。また美瑛に行く機会がありましたら宿泊したいと思います。

너무 만족스러웠어요. 비에이역에서 걸어서 30분정도 걸리지만 펜션 주인 사장님께서 개인 차로 비에이역까지 대려다 주셨습니다. 펜션 주인 두분 정말 친절하십니다. 펜션도 굉장히 감성있었고, 다시 비에이에 간다면 꼭 이 펜션에서 묵을꺼에요. 조식도 정성이 담겨보였어요. 너무 맛있었습니다. 혼자 여행왔지만 2박 3일동안 잘 지내다갑니다.

The owner's family is very kind and the room is clean. Only 25minutes from Asahikawa Airport 　

家族で営まれている、温かく素敵な宿です。 心地良い距離感の接客も良かったです。

居心地の良さとオーナ夫婦の距離感がある対応が気持ち良いです また美瑛を訪問する際は利用したいです

ご家族でやられている宿でした。お風呂もお部屋も全てとても清潔でした。リビングのような広いお部屋で宿の方と旅行プランについてお話し出来てとても良い時間でした。部屋にTVもありましたが付ける事はなかったです。美瑛市街までも車で5分程で便利でした。
