Staff was friendly and professional. If you are a foreigner that speaks English almost every sign I saw was translated. The amenities were on every floor and were quite convenient. There is an Izakaya on the property that serves a complimentary mixed sashimi dish if you show a room key. The atmosphere of the hotel was very pleasant. As we do not drive a car we did a lot of walking and took local transportation whenever possible. If you happen to stay here there are some local attractions such as Pineapple park and Fruitsland which I recommend for the kids (we enjoyed it as well). Most of what we experienced was by walking. The hotel is pretty close to the beach and the view is stunning. We did a lot of exploring by foot and found ourselves at old town Nago which led us to discover many hidden treasures. This was a trip we will not forget. Thank you again to the staff at Phoenix Park Hotel for making our stay so enjoyable.

This was the perfect spot for our 5 day stay in Nago. The location was convenient for traveling throughout the island and there was easy access to restaurants and groceries/amenities nearby. One of the highlights of staying here is that across the street is a beautiful park with the most stunning beach. It was wonderful to be able to wake up in the morning and walk across the street for a a swim. Another highlight of this hotel is the well stocked amenities available on each floor (ironing board, robes, slippers, toothbrushes) as well as the laundry service. Also, there is a lovely little cat who hangs out in the parking lot to welcome visitors in and out. Highly recommend this hotel.

This is a great hotel , very clean and rooms are a decent size , the staff are always on hand and provide excellent service , not far from surrounding beaches and the bus terminal, short walk into the main town recommend this as great place to stay in nago , they offer car parking and rental service + free to use laundry facilities awesome place would definitely stay again

Wonderful choice, great value. I would definitely stay again. Easy Y888 line from airport to right in front of Hotel. They also provided a Bento Box Japanese style breakfast included.
