Provence Hotel

The hotel was clean, but there was a foul smell coming from the bathroom and shower area from the time we checked in throughout the entire week. There was no cleaning service throughout the whole stay and you were charged if you wanted any additional towels or services. The location was really nice and it was close to the metro station. I found that I paid more for this hotel compared to other hotels in the area that offered luxury services.

Clean room and location convenient.

Room was clean when we got there. No fuss in checking in and out. Its conveniently located near everything we need-convenience stores, restos, shops/malls and train station!

We spent 6 nights at Provence. The room is clean with washing machine and dry laundry facilities which are very convenient for our stay. Location is very good. It is very close to the metro and JR stations. Shopping malls are nearby within walking distance. Highly recommended!!

Comfortable facility for a family of four. Brief walk to train station, secure entrance to condo building, washing and drying available; important to those packing light. No on-site management.

This apartment was excellent, very clean and tidy. Had all amenities that you require including a washing machine and a clothes dryer in the shower. Was very spacious and our family of 4 comfortably slept within. Highly recommend. They further have storage for your empty suitcases under the stair case next to the elavator with locks to secure. All in all would definitely stay here again!

Best place to stay with family

Very nice place to stay. Easy to access, clean.

We never received any information prior to arriving at the hotel, so the first 15 minutes after a long trip was spent trying to check in via the QR code, only to find out you were supposed to have received information prior to arrival with building codes etc. Luckily there was a WhatsApp number that replied quickly. The room itself was very cozy and quite nice for a family of 4 (two younger kids). However, the bed was stiff as a board and we had to fold the pillows double to get any kind of neck support. If it was not for the discomfort of the beds, I would give the hotel a 5/5. Very convenient with in room washing machine and the small kitchenette. Close to both Family Mart and 7/11, as well as the subway and a Parco department store. Overall though, I would definitely stay again, but maybe bring my own pillow 😅

優點: 前幾天就收到入住密碼無需登記填寫一些資料很方便,有洗衣機可以洗衣服,距離地鐵站很近5-7分鐘左右. 缺點: 1.飯店備品只有提供當天, 對於連續住宿很多天的人不方便,需要自己準備.(如.牙刷組,毛巾組...) 2.垃圾需要自己整理拿出去丟這點可以接受,但是也麻煩提供一下垃圾袋一下.(垃圾桶裡只有原本套在桶子上的垃圾袋,需要自己把超商的袋子拿來當垃圾袋) 3.洗澡間的排水口濾網,麻煩更換新的或是清理一下.(入住第2天排水口就塞住了, 檢查發現排水口塞了很多頭髮) 4.房間空間很小, 入住4位(2大2小)4件行李打開就沒有空間走動. 5.衣架很多都變型了, 可以更換一下.

No hubo limpieza diaria, uno tiene que sacar la basura del departamento. No hay quien te reciba la llegar a mi no me mandaron las instrucciones antes, hasta que llegue ahí fue que me di cuenta que no hay recepción es un airbandb

房間乾淨舒適,還有廚房用品可以使用,地點又不臨大馬路,晚上睡覺不會有太多吵雜聲.

Excelente localização, quarto novo, atendimento bom. Só com a Tv que tivemos dificuldades com conexão internet. Restante tudo funcionando muito bem! Recomendo a outros viajantes!

整體來說是很乾淨的環境，交通離錦系町站走路只有5分鐘，加上Parco樓下就有超市，很方便可以買食材回房間加熱。價錢方面每晚加完稅後大約3900TWD，我覺得還可以。下次來東京造訪可以再次考慮這個飯店。只是在checkout時為了要怎麼歸還鑰匙而煩惱，飯店部分這部分最好要補上說明，免得會有爭議。

入住當天馬桶很髒，發去給旅館完全無回覆。隔音不好，可以聽到隔壁小朋友在跑。

捷運站近、購物方便、美食多

整體很棒 附近車站，24hr超市，超商 都很方便

第一次在日本選擇有小廚房的民宿住宿。因為總共待了10天，真的非常慶幸選擇了這裡!!入住時就被全新裝潢給驚豔到，寬敞的空間讓整理行李變得容易許多(以往很多日本飯店是跟本很難完整敞開行李的)

就在錦糸町站大約5-8分鐘路程，附近有便利店，非常方便。 房間大及整潔，廚具、洗衣用品都有，一層兩房間，私隱度很好，環境寧靜！ 下次到東京還會再住！
